Non-inflammably Highly Efficient Heat Insulator and Method for Preparing the Same
The present invention discloses a high-functional semi-inflammable heat insulation material and a method for manufacturing the same. In the present invention, a rubber foam layer which is excellent in flame retardancy and waterproofing and is resistant to corrosion due to chemical reactions and a glass fiber film layer having an air layer as a semi-inflammable material are stacked separately on an upper surface and a lower surface of a base layer made of glass fiber having excellent warm-retaining properties and elasticity restoring force. As a result, the elasticity of the thermal insulation material can be increased to enable thinning of the heat insulating material while being installed, and the thickness regarding an installation space can be adjusted to increase the space utilization. The heat insulation material of the present invention is excellent in soundproofing, waterproofing preventing dew condensation and flame retardancy, and heat insulation, and can be used semi-permanently.
본 발명은 고기능성 준불연 단열재 및 그 제조방법을 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 보온성과 탄성복원력이 우수한 유리섬유의 베이스층 상,하면에 각각 난연성 및 방수성이 우수하고 화학적 반응에 의한 부식이 방지되는 고무발포층과 준불연재로서 공기층을 가지는 글라스 화이버(glass fiber)의 피막층을 적층 구성한 것이고, 이에따라 단열재의 탄성을 증대시켜 단열재 설치에 따른 박형화는 물론, 단열재의 설치 공간에 대한 두께 조정이 가능하도록 하여 공간 활용도를 높이고, 방음 및 결로를 예방하는 방수성과 난연성, 그리고 단열성이 우수하면서도 반영구적 사용이 가능하게 되는 것이다.
