The modular infiltration trench for easy maintenance
The present invention relates to a modular infiltration trench with easy maintenance, which includes: a pretreatment immersion tank, which is connected to a main waterway through a first inflow pipe to store initial rain water during rainfall; a bypass pipe installed between the main water waterway and the pretreatment immersion tank for returning overflow rain water to the main waterway; and a filter part connected to the pretreatment immersion tank through a second inflow pipe to filter the inflowing rain water, in which the filter part includes a vegetation layer, a filter layer, and a gravel layer. An oil absorption layer is further provided in the pretreatment immersion tank for treating oil contained in the initial rainwater. The vegetation layer is modularized and includes: a plurality of first storage boxes arranged in the horizontal direction and having a grid at a lower portion thereof and a first replacement handle at an upper portion thereof; a vegetable soil filled in the first storage box to form a ground surface; and a first geotextile fiber disposed on a bottom surface of the first storage box to prevent a loss of vegetable soil filled in the first storage box. The filter includes: a plurality of second storage boxes arranged between the first storage box and the gravel layer of the vegetation layer and having a grid at a lower portion thereof and a second replacement handle at an upper portion thereof; a porous medium which is filled inside the second storage box; and a first geotextile fiber disposed on a bottom surface of the second storage box to prevent a loss of the porous media filled in the second storage box and modularized to selectively replace the vegetation layer and the filter layer, which are required to be replaced after the rainfall is finished.
본 발명은 제1유입관을 통해 메인수로와 연결되어 강우시 초기 우수를 저장하는 전처리침수조; 상기 메인수로와 전처리침수조 사이에 설치되어 과유입되는 우수를 메인수로로 리턴시키는 바이패스관; 제2유입관을 통해 상기 전처리침수조에 연결되어 유입된 우수를 여과시키는 식생층과, 여재층과, 자갈층을 구성하는 여과부;를 포함하여 이루어진 유지관리가 용이한 모듈형 침투도랑에 관한 것으로, 상기 전처리침수조에는 초기 우수에 포함된 유분을 처리하기 위한 유류흡착수단이 더 포함되어 구성되고, 상기 식생층은 하부에 격자를 형성하고 상부에는 제1교체손잡이를 형성하여 수평방향으로 복수 설치되는 제1수납함과, 상기 제1수납함의 내부에 채워져 지면을 형성하는 식생토와, 상기 제1수납함의 바닥면에 배치되어 제1수납함에 채워진 식생토의 유실을 방지시키는 제1토목섬유로 구성되어 모듈화되며, 상기 여재층은 하부에 격자를 형성하고 상부에는 제2교체손잡이를 형성하여 식생층의 제1수납함과 자갈층 사이에 배치되는 복수 개의 제2수납함과, 상기 제2수납함의 내부에 채워지는 다공성 메디아와, 상기 제2수납함의 바닥면에 배치되어 제2수납함에 채워진 다공성 메디아의 유실을 방지시키는 제1토목섬유로 구성되어 모듈화됨으로써, 강우 종료 후, 유지관리가 요구되는 식생층 및 여재층의 선택적인 교체를 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
