본 발명은 순환유동층 보일러에서 발생된 연소재를 공급하는 연소재 공급부, 수증기를 공급하는 수증기발생부, 연소재 공급부 및 수증기발생부와 연결되고, 연소재 및 수증기가 내부로 공급되어, 연소재와 수증기를 혼합시키는 혼합부, 혼합부의 타측과 연결되고, 수증기와 혼합된 연소재가 배출되는 제1 배출부, 제1 배출부와 연결되고, 수증기와 혼합된 연소재가 이송되는 연결부, 연결부의 일측과 연결되고, 수증기와 혼합된 연소재를 소성시켜 시멘트 클링커로 제조하는 소성로, 소성로의 일측에 연결되고, 시멘트 클링커가 배출되는 제2 배출부 및 혼합부의 가동 및 수증기발생부의 온/오프를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 혼합부 내부로 공급된 연소재는 수증기와 수화반응을 일으켜 유리석회(Free-CaO) 성분이 일부 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환유동층 보일러 연소재를 이용한 시멘트 클링커 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing cement clinker using fuel ash of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, which comprises: a fuel ash supply unit for supplying fuel ash generated in a circulating fluidized bed boiler; a water vapor generation unit for supplying water vapor; a mixing unit connected to the fuel ash supply unit and the water vapor generation unit and supplied inside with the fuel ash and the water vapor to mix the fuel ash with the water vapor; a first discharge unit connected to the other side of the mixing unit to discharge the fuel ash mixed with the water vapor; a connection unit connected to the first discharge unit to transfer the fuel ash mixed with the water vapor; a kiln connected to one side of the connection unit to fire the fuel ash mixed with the water vapor and then manufacture the same into cement clinker; a second discharge unit connected to one side of the kiln to discharge the cement clinker; and a control unit controlling operation of the mixing unit and the on/off of the water vapor generation unit, wherein the fuel ash supplied to the inside of the mixing unit performs hydration reaction with the water vapor, thereby eliminating some of free-CaO ingredients. The present invention is able to provide cement clinker with excellent properties.
