WOOD RAILING ASSEMBLY HAVING PREVENTING PART FOR SPLIT
The present invention relates to a wooden guardrail having a fracture prevention unit which can prevent a fracture phenomenon where wood fractures while being completely dried. The wooden guardrail having a fracture prevention unit comprises: a beam member installed on edges on both sides of a floor surface where a wooden guardrail is installed in a longitudinal direction of the floor surface; a plurality of post members arranged at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the beam member to be erected with respect to the beam member; a plurality of horizontal members arranged between the post members in the longitudinal direction, wherein both ends thereof are coupled to the post members; and a fracture prevention unit arranged in the longitudinal direction of the post members and the horizontal members to prevent a fracture phenomenon where the post members and the horizontal members fracture while being completely dried. A fracture phenomenon where wood used in guardrail fractures in an unspecific direction while being completely dried can be prevented to improve durability of the wood used in the guardrail to safely protect a pedestrian.
본 발명은 목재가 완전건조되면서 갈라지는 할렬 현상을 방지할 있는 할렬방지부를 구비한 목재난간에 관한 것으로, 목재난간이 설치되는 바닥면의 양측 가장자리에 상기 바닥면의 길이 방향을 따라 설치되는 장선부재와; 상기 장선부재의 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격되게 복수로 구비되며, 상기 장선부재에 대하여 직립되게 배치되는 복수의 기둥부재와; 상기 기둥부재와 기둥부재 사이에 가로방향을 따라 배치되어 양단부가 상기 기둥부재에 결합되는 복수의 가로부재와; 상기 기둥부재와 상기 가로부재의 길이 방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 기둥부재와 상기 가로부재가 완전 건조되면서 갈라지는 할렬현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 할렬방지부를; 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 난간에 사용된 목재가 완전 건조되면서 불특정한 방향으로 갈라지는 할렬 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하여 난간에 사용된 목재의 내구성을 향상시킴으로서 보행자를 안전하게 보호할 수 있다.
