The present invention relates to an eco-friendly synthetic board composition, which comprises coffee sludge, capable of producing eco-friendly synthetic boards, such as flooring, molding synthetic board for construction and the like by using coffee sludge which is sold at a coffee shop and the like and discarded as residual waste, and in the present invention, disclosed is a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly synthetic board comprising the coffee sludge, which comprises a mixture of 12.5 to 15 parts by weight of a synthetic resin, 4 to 8 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 15 to 20 parts by weight of talc, and 1 to 4 parts by weight of a plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of a coffee sludge powder.
본 발명은 커피전문점 등에서 판매하고 잔류하는 폐기물로 버려지는 커피슬러지를 이용하여 바닥재, 건축용 성형 합성보드 등 친환경 합성보드를 제조할 수 있는 커피슬러지를 포함하는 친환경 합성보드용 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 친환경 합성보드 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 커피슬러지분말 100중량부에 대하여, 합성수지 12.5~15중량부, 탄산칼슘 4~8중량부, 탈크 15~20중량부, 가소제 1~4중량부를 포함하도록 혼합하여 이루어지는 커피슬러지를 포함하는 합성보드의 제조방법이 개시된다.
