A wastewater discharge apparatus of a variable type water saving toilet bowl water according to the present invention includes: a body portion (100) installed on a floor or a wall, formed with a direct water inlet (111) into which direct water flows through a direct water inflow passage (101), provided with a bowl (110) for storing a predetermined amount of wastewater, having a connection pipe (120) for discharging wastewater from the bowl (110) and a cover portion (140) for guiding the wastewater discharged through the connection pipe (120) into a bottom pipe (130) to discharge the wastewater out of the toilet bowl; a corrugated pipe (200) connected to the connection pipe (120); a direct water branching portion (300) connected to the direct water inflow passage (101) such that a part of direct water can be branched and dropped from the direct water inflow passage (101) when the direct water flows into the bowl (110) a wastewater discharge pipe (400) including a main discharge pipe (410) connected to the corrugated pipe (200) for discharging wastewater and an auxiliary tank (420) provided at an outer periphery of the main discharge pipe (410), receiving and storing the direct water dropped from the direct water branching portion (300) and having an auxiliary discharge hole (421), in which the wastewater discharge pipe (400) rotates downward due to the weight thereof when the direct water from the direct water branching portion (300) reaches a predetermined amount to discharge the wastewater to the outside through the main discharge pipe (410); and an elastic part (500) elastically connecting the connection pipe (120) and the wastewater discharge pipe (400) and having elasticity so that the wastewater discharge pipe (400) is in an upright position when the direct water is cut off. According to the present invention, since the direct water is used, a water reservoir is not need so that the bowl can be variously designed and the installation space for the bowl can be reduced.
본 발명의 가변식 절수양변기의 오수 배출장치는, 바닥이나 벽체에 설치되며, 직수 유입로(101)를 통해 직수가 유입되는 직수 유입구(111)가 형성되며, 오수가 일정량 저장되는 보울(110)이 구비되며 상기 보울(110)로부터 오수를 배출시키는 연결관(120)이 구비되고, 상기 연결관(120)을 통해 배출되는 오물을 배출하는 바닥관(130)으로 유도되도록 하는 커버부(140)가 구비된 양변기 몸체부(100); 상기 연결관(120)에 연결되는 주름관(200); 상기 직수 유입로(101)와 연결되어 상기 보울(110)로의 직수 유입시 상기 직수 유입로(101)으로부터 직수의 일부가 분기되어 낙하되도록 하는 직수분기부(300); 상기 주름관(200)에 연결되어 오수를 배출하는 주 배출관(410)과, 상기 주 배출관(410)의 외부에 구비되고, 상기 직수분기부(300)로부터 분기된 직수가 낙하되어 저장되며 보조 배출홀(421)이 구비된 보조 탱크(420)로 이루어지며, 상기 직수분기부(300)로부터 분기되고 낙하되어 상기 보조탱크(420)로 저장된 직수가 설정된 양을 이루면, 자중에 의해 하방으로 회동되어 주 배출관(410)을 통해 오수를 외부로 배출하는 오수 배출관(400); 상기 연결관(120)과 상기 오수 배출관(400)을 탄성적으로 연결하며, 직수 차단시 상기 오수 배출관(400)이 직립되는 상태를 이루도록 탄성력을 갖는 탄성부(500)를 포함한다.
