The present invention relates to a movable bridge inspecting apparatus, comprising: a bridge hanging ladder having an inner ladder vertically formed along which a worker moves upwardly from an inside of a handrail of a bridge, an inner ladder vertically formed along which a worker moves upwardly from an outside of the handrail of the bridge, and a ladder coupler for connecting the inner and outer ladders and being spaced apart from an upper portion of the handrail; a vertical passage handrail forming a vertical passage from the outer ladder toward an outward direction of the handrail; a pivotally foldable working handrail pivotally installed to a lower end of the outer ladder and being pivoted between a vertically folding position and a horizontally unfolding position which is spaced apart from a lower portion of the handrail; a device transfer unit rolling on an upper portion of the handrail from the ladder coupler to move along the upper portion of the handrail; and a horizontal moving support provided on the outer ladder toward an outer side of the handrail in a horizontal direction to support the bridge hanging ladder with the device transfer unit, in which the horizontal moving support rolls on the outer surface of the handrail in a direction crossing the handrail. While the apparatus moves along the handrail at inspection of the bridge or at various constructions, the worker can easily carryout operation below the handrail.
본 발명에 따른 이동식 교량점검장치는: 교량 난간의 내측에서 작업자가 손으로 잡고 상향 이동하도록 내측 사다리가 수직으로 형성되고, 교량 난간의 외측에서 작업자가 손으로 잡고 하향 이동하도록 외측 사다리가 수직으로 형성되며, 상기 내측 사다리와 상기 외측 사다리의 사이에서 서로를 연결하고 교량 난간의 상부로부터 상향 이격되는 사다리 연결부로 이루어진 교량 걸침 사다리; 상기 외측 사다리로부터 교량 난간의 외측 방향으로 수직의 통로를 형성하도록 구비된 수직 통로 난간부; 상기 외측 사다리의 하단부에 회동 가능하게 구비되어 수직으로 절첩되는 접이위치와 교량 난간의 하부로부터 하향 이격되게 수평으로 펼쳐지는 전개위치 사이에서 동작 되는 회동 절첩식 작업 난간부; 상기 사다리 연결부의 하부에서 교량 난간의 상부에 구름 접촉되게 구비되어 교량 난간의 상부를 따라 구름 이동되는 장치 이송부; 및, 상기 외측 사다리에서 교량 난간의 외측면을 향해 가로방향으로 구비되어 상기 장치 이송부가 교량 난간에 접촉되는 방향과는 교차 되는 방향으로 교량 난간의 외측면에 구름 접촉 이동되며, 상기 장치 이송부와 함께 상기 교량 걸침 사다리를 지지하는 가로 이동 지지부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 교량의 점검 및 각종 공사시 교량의 난간을 따라서 이동하면서 교량 난간의 하부에서는 작업자가 작업을 용이하게 수행하도록 할 수 있는 이동식 교량점검장치를 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a movable bridge inspecting apparatus, comprising: a bridge hanging ladder having an inner ladder vertically formed along which a worker moves upwardly from an inside of a handrail of a bridge, an inner ladder vertically formed along which a worker moves upwardly from an outside of the handrail of the bridge, and a ladder coupler for connecting the inner and outer ladders and being spaced apart from an upper portion of the handrail; a vertical passage handrail forming a vertical passage from the outer ladder toward an outward direction of the handrail; a pivotally foldable working handrail pivotally installed to a lower end of the outer ladder and being pivoted between a vertically folding position and a horizontally unfolding position which is spaced apart from a lower portion of the handrail; a device transfer unit rolling on an upper portion of the handrail from the ladder coupler to move along the upper portion of the handrail; and a horizontal moving support provided on the outer ladder toward an outer side of the handrail in a horizontal direction to support the bridge hanging ladder with the device transfer unit, in which the horizontal moving support rolls on the outer surface of the handrail in a direction crossing the handrail. While the apparatus moves along the handrail at inspection of the bridge or at various constructions, the worker can easily carryout operation below the handrail.
본 발명에 따른 이동식 교량점검장치는: 교량 난간의 내측에서 작업자가 손으로 잡고 상향 이동하도록 내측 사다리가 수직으로 형성되고, 교량 난간의 외측에서 작업자가 손으로 잡고 하향 이동하도록 외측 사다리가 수직으로 형성되며, 상기 내측 사다리와 상기 외측 사다리의 사이에서 서로를 연결하고 교량 난간의 상부로부터 상향 이격되는 사다리 연결부로 이루어진 교량 걸침 사다리; 상기 외측 사다리로부터 교량 난간의 외측 방향으로 수직의 통로를 형성하도록 구비된 수직 통로 난간부; 상기 외측 사다리의 하단부에 회동 가능하게 구비되어 수직으로 절첩되는 접이위치와 교량 난간의 하부로부터 하향 이격되게 수평으로 펼쳐지는 전개위치 사이에서 동작 되는 회동 절첩식 작업 난간부; 상기 사다리 연결부의 하부에서 교량 난간의 상부에 구름 접촉되게 구비되어 교량 난간의 상부를 따라 구름 이동되는 장치 이송부; 및, 상기 외측 사다리에서 교량 난간의 외측면을 향해 가로방향으로 구비되어 상기 장치 이송부가 교량 난간에 접촉되는 방향과는 교차 되는 방향으로 교량 난간의 외측면에 구름 접촉 이동되며, 상기 장치 이송부와 함께 상기 교량 걸침 사다리를 지지하는 가로 이동 지지부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 교량의 점검 및 각종 공사시 교량의 난간을 따라서 이동하면서 교량 난간의 하부에서는 작업자가 작업을 용이하게 수행하도록 할 수 있는 이동식 교량점검장치를 제공할 수 있다.
