The groundwater protection facility with earthquake proofing function according to the present invention includes a water intake pipe installed in the vertical direction toward the ground; an underwater motor pump installed at a lower end of the water intake pipe to raise groundwater; a casing installed to surround the periphery of the water intake pipe; a support installed at an upper end of the casing and fixing the water intake pipe to the center of the casing; a casing connected to an upper end of the casing and having an upper portion exposed above the ground; a cover installed so as to close and detachably mount the upper surface of the duct; an intake check valve formed on the exposed side of the well; a discharge tube formed through a side surface of the tube; a connection pipe connecting the intake pipe and the discharge pipe; and a high pressure check valve installed on the discharge pipe, in which a branch pipe is installed on the mouth side of the connection pipe, a water outlet pipe is installed that is connected to the branch pipe and penetrates the upper side of the well, and an opening and closing valve is installed at the outlet of the water outlet pipe. Between the casing and the duct, there is provided a vibration attenuator for attenuating vibrations in the horizontal and vertical directions. An earthquake-proof function is provided as a result, and thus it can prevent damage or destruction of groundwater wells even if an earthquake or other vibratory load is applied.
본 발명에 따른 내진 기능을 갖춘 지하수 보호 관정설비는: 지중을 향해 연직 방향으로 설치되는 취수관; 상기 취수관의 하단에 설치되어 지하수를 끌어올리는 수중모터펌프; 상기 취수관의 주변을 감싸도록 설치되는 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 상단에 설치되며, 상기 취수관을 상기 케이싱의 중앙에 고정하는 지지부; 상기 케이싱의 상단에 연결되며 상부가 지면 위로 노출되도록 형성된 관정; 상기 관정의 상부면을 밀폐하며 탈부착 가능하도록 설치되는 커버; 상기 관정의 노출된 측면에 형성된 흡기체크밸브; 상기 관정의 측면을 관통하여 형성된 토출관; 상기 취수관과 상기 토출관을 연결하는 연결관; 및, 상기 토출관 상에 설치된 고압체크밸브;를 포함하며, 상기 연결관의 입측에 분기관을 설치하고, 상기 분기관에 연결되며 상기 관정의 상부 측면을 관통하는 출수관을 설치하며, 상기 출수관의 출구에 개폐밸브를 구비하되, 상기 케이싱과 상기 관정의 사이에는 수평 및 수직 방향의 진동을 감쇠시키는 진동감쇠부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내진 기능을 갖도록 마련됨으로써, 지진을 비롯한 진동하중이 가해지더라도 지하수 관정이 손상되거나 파괴되는 것을 방지하도록 할 수 있는 내진 기능을 갖춘 지하수 보호 관정설비를 제공할 수 있다.

An earthquake-proof function is provided as a result, and thus it can prevent damage or destruction of groundwater wells even if an earthquake or other vibratory load is applied.
본 발명에 따른 내진 기능을 갖춘 지하수 보호 관정설비는: 지중을 향해 연직 방향으로 설치되는 취수관; 상기 취수관의 하단에 설치되어 지하수를 끌어올리는 수중모터펌프; 상기 취수관의 주변을 감싸도록 설치되는 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 상단에 설치되며, 상기 취수관을 상기 케이싱의 중앙에 고정하는 지지부; 상기 케이싱의 상단에 연결되며 상부가 지면 위로 노출되도록 형성된 관정; 상기 관정의 상부면을 밀폐하며 탈부착 가능하도록 설치되는 커버; 상기 관정의 노출된 측면에 형성된 흡기체크밸브; 상기 관정의 측면을 관통하여 형성된 토출관; 상기 취수관과 상기 토출관을 연결하는 연결관; 및, 상기 토출관 상에 설치된 고압체크밸브;를 포함하며, 상기 연결관의 입측에 분기관을 설치하고, 상기 분기관에 연결되며 상기 관정의 상부 측면을 관통하는 출수관을 설치하며, 상기 출수관의 출구에 개폐밸브를 구비하되, 상기 케이싱과 상기 관정의 사이에는 수평 및 수직 방향의 진동을 감쇠시키는 진동감쇠부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내진 기능을 갖도록 마련됨으로써, 지진을 비롯한 진동하중이 가해지더라도 지하수 관정이 손상되거나 파괴되는 것을 방지하도록 할 수 있는 내진 기능을 갖춘 지하수 보호 관정설비를 제공할 수 있다.
