Disclosed is a faucet apparatus including: a hot water pipe for hot water inflow; a cold water pipe for cold water inflow; a hot water cartridge for adjusting the amount of hot water flowing into a mixed water pipe from the hot water pipe; a cold water cartridge for adjusting the amount of cold water flowing into the mixed water pipe from the cold water pipe; a hot water cartridge drive unit for adjusting the flow rate of the hot water by driving the hot water cartridge; a cold water cartridge drive unit for adjusting the flow rate of the cold water by driving the cold water cartridge; the mixed water pipe for mixing between the hot water passing through the hot water cartridge and the cold water passing through the cold water cartridge; and a control unit for controlling the operation of at least one of the hot water cartridge drive unit and the cold water cartridge drive unit.
