The present invention relates to a bathroom cabinet including a sliding door, capable of smoothly moving the sliding door. According to the present invention, a protrusion part is formed on front surfaces of upper, lower, and side plates, upper and lower guide grooves closely adhered to a roller of a roller device are formed in the protrusion part of the upper and lower plates, and a door insertion groove closely adhered to a side surface of the sliding door is formed in the protrusion part of the side plate. The roller device comprises: an upper roller including an upper fixed part fixed to the upper part of the sliding door, and a vertical rotating part hinge-coupled to one end of the horizontal fixed part to be able to rotate and having a roller disposed on a top to be able to rotate; and a lower roller having a roller disposed on the middle part of a body, which is fixed to the lower part of the sliding door, to be able to rotate. Both ends of an elastic spring are fixed to the middle part of the horizontal and vertical rotating parts of the upper roller, respectively.
본 발명은 미닫이식 도어를 구비한 욕실수납장에 관한 것으로; 상,하부판 및 측면판의 전면에 미닫이 도어가 구비되는 욕실 수납장에 있어서, 상기 상,하부판 및 측면판의 전면에는 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 상,하부판의 돌출부에는 상기 롤러장치의 롤러가 밀착되는 상부 및 하부가이드홈이 형성되며, 상기 측면판의 돌출부에는 미닫이 도어의 측면이 밀착되는 도어삽입홈이 형성되되, 상기 롤러장치는 상기 미닫이 도어의 상부에 고정되는 수평고정부와, 상기 수평고정부의 일단에 회동 가능하게 힌지 결합되고 상단에 롤러가 회전 가능하게 구비된 수직회동부로 이루어진 상부롤러와; 상기 미닫이 도어의 하부에 고정되는 몸체의 중간부에 롤러가 회전 가능하게 구비된 하부롤러로 이루어지며, 상기 상부롤러의 수평고정부와 수직회동부의 중간에는 탄성스프링의 양단이 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 그리고, 상기 미닫이 도어는 판상의 거울체와, 하부에 상기 거울체의 상부가 삽착되고, 상부에 상기 상부롤러가 삽착되는 'H' 형상의 상부보강대와, 상부에 상기 거울체의 하부가 삽착되고, 하부에 상기 하부롤러가 삽착되는 'H'형상의 하부보강대와, 상기 거울체의 양측이 삽착되는 'ㄷ' 형상의 측면보강대로 이루어진다. 이때, 상기 상부롤러의 수평고정부와 수직회동부는 판재를 'U' 형태로 절곡하여 측판과 측판을 연결하는 하부판으로 형성되며, 상기 수평고정부의 일단에 상기 수직회동부의 일단이 겹쳐지도록 삽입되어 힌지축을 중심으로 상기 수직회동부가 회동되며, 상기 수직회동부의 타단에는 원형의 롤러가 축을 중심으로 회동되고, 상기 수평고정부의 측판 중간부와 상기 수직회동부의 측판 중간부에는 탄성스프링의 양단이 고정되는 스프링고정구가 형성되어 상기 수직회동부의 롤러가 상기 상부가이드홈에 탄성적으로 밀착된다. 이와 같은 구조에 의하면 그 구조가 매우 간단하여 제조 단가를 획기적으로 낮출 수 있으며, 도어에 결합이 매우 간편한 효과가 있다. 그리고, 욕실 수납장에 형성된 상,하부 가이드홈에 밀착되어 이동됨으로써 도어의 흔들림과 소음을 줄일 수 있으며 도어가 보다 원활하게 이동될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
