Snow Removal Equipment with Rear Shovels
The present invention relates to a snow removing apparatus having a plurality of rear snow removing plates, and more particularly, to a snow removing apparatus which is mounted in the front of a snow removing vehicle and descends a front snow removing plate when the snow removing vehicle is advanced for forward snow removal. In order to increase the efficiency of the snow removal work, a plurality of rear snow blades are provided behind the front snow blade, and a plurality of front blades are provided, and each rear blade is provided for each front blade such that each rear snow removal plate is operated in accordance with the operation state of each front snow removal plate. Accordingly, the apparatus is capable of performing clean snow removal even in the vicinity of various structure on a road. When the front blade is retracted backward due to obstacles on the road surface, this is detected by a detection sensor and the rear snow removal plate is automatically operated, and thus the snow removal work can be cleanly performed regardless of the skill of a snow removal vehicle driver. The obstacle state on the road can be monitored through a driver terminal and road surface snow removal and obstacle situations can be analyzed by transmission to a remote management server.
본 발명은 복수의 후방제설판을 가지는 제설장비에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게로는, 제설차량의 전방에 장착되어 제설차량이 전진할 때 전방제설판을 하강시켜 전방에 쌓인 눈을 제거하는 제설장비에 관한 것으로서, 제설작업의 효율성을 증대시키기 위하여 전방제설판 뒤에 복수의 후방제설판을 구비하도록 하되, 전방삽날도 복수로 하고 전방삽날마다 각각의 후방제설판을 두어 전방삽날 각각이 작동되는 상태에 따라 각각의 후방제설판이 작동되도록 한 제설장비에 관한 것이며, 이를 통하여 도로 위에 존재하는 다양한 구조물 주변까지도 제설을 깨끗하게 해 줄 수 있는 제설장비를 제공하고, 노면 위 장애물로 인하여 전방삽날이 후방으로 후퇴하면 감지센서를 통하여 이를 감지하여 자동으로 후방제설판을 작동시킴으로서 제설작업 차량운전자의 숙련도와 관계없이 깨끗한 제설작업이 가능한 제설장비를 제공하며, 도로면의 장애물 상태를 운전자단말기를 통하여 모니터링 할 수 있도록 함은 물론 원격지에 위치한 관리서버에 전송하여 도로면 제설상황 및 장애물현황을 분석할 수 있도록 하는 것 등을 목적으로 한다.
