The present invention relates to an asphalt concrete composition for emergency road pavement maintenance, which is excellent in comparison with a conventional technology in terms of all physical properties, such as stability (Marshall stability), waterproof properties (water immersion Marshall stability), etc., while allowing emergency maintenance at room temperature. In particular, the asphalt concrete composition is excellent in terms of waterproof properties (resistance to moisture) and an environmentally-friendly product is used as a plasticizer added to ensure flexibility of a product, thereby being environmentally-friendly unlike a generally used organic solvent. Moreover, the asphalt concrete composition is stored up to 5 to 6 months to facilitate storage and distribution, flexibility of a product is excellent to facilitate field installation and work, and stability, durability, and waterproofness, as well as constructability, are excellent to be widely used for emergency road pavement maintenance. According to the present invention, the high quality asphalt concrete composition for emergency road pavement maintenance comprises: 91 to 96 parts by weight of aggregates and stone powder; 3 to 6 parts by weight of asphalt, as a binder including solvent, vegetable oil, vegetable rosin, thermoplastic rubber, and an acetone mixed material; and 0.1 to 0.25 part by weight of a fiber additive based on 100 parts by weight of the total composition.
본 발명의 도로포장 긴급보수용 아스콘 조성물은 상온에서 긴급보수가 가능하면서도, 안정성(마샬 안정도), 내수성(수침 마샬 안정도) 등의 모든 물성 측면에서 종래기술에 비해 우수하며, 특히, 내수성(수분에 대한 저항성) 측면에서 탁월함은 물론, 제품의 유연성을 확보하기 위해서 첨가되는 가소제가 친환경 제품으로서 일반적으로 사용되는 유기용제와는 달리 환경적으로 친환경적이며, 약5-6개월 까지도 보관이 가능하므로 보관 및 유통이 용이하며, 제품의 유연성이 뛰어나 현장 포설, 작업이 용이하고 시공성이 매우 좋은 등 안정성, 내구성, 내수성 등이 우수하여 도로포장 긴급보수용으로 널리 사용될 수 있는 고품질의 도로포장 긴급보수용 아스콘 조성물에 관한 것으로 기본적으로 전체 조성물 100중량부에 대하여,골재와 석분 91∼96중량부;바인더로서 용제,식물성오일,식물성 로진 및 열가소성 고무류와 아세톤 혼합물질이 포함된 아스팔트 3∼6중량부;섬유첨가제 0.1∼0.25 중량부를 포함하여 이루어짐에 특징이 있는 것이다.
