Provided is a speed bump having an electric power generation function. The speed bump comprises: a lower plate; an upper plate provided on an upper portion of the lower plate; a supporter of an elastic material provided between the lower plate and the upper plate; an upper electrode provided on the lower surface of the upper plate, a lower electrode provided on the upper surface of the lower plate; a dielectric layer provided on at least one of the lower surface of the upper electrode and the upper surface of the lower electrode; a circuit connecting the upper electrode and the lower electrode, wherein free electrons are transferred between the upper electrode and the lower electrode; and a charge unit installed on the circuit, wherein a current corresponding to movement of the free electron is charged.
