ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND AND STIRRING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME COMPOSITE WATERPROOFING METHOD USING ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND AND URETHANE
Disclosed are an elastic composite compound and a composite waterproofing method using the elastic composite compound and urethane. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elastic composite compound which provides an economical advantage by increasing a waterproofing effect, and preventing risk of defects, thereby reducing maintenance costs; and a composite waterproofing method using the elastic composite compound and urethane. The elastic composite compound comprises: an elastic waterproofing agent including 55 to 65 parts by weight of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 20 to 25 parts by weight of a vinyl acetate monomer, 8 to 12 parts by weight of a liquid stabilizer, 8 to 12 parts by weight of dihydrogen oxide, and 1 to 3 parts by weight of a preservative; remitar; and water. The composite waterproofing method comprises the steps of: applying the elastic composite compound prepared by mixing 28 wt% of the elastic waterproofing agent, 70 wt% of the remitar, and 2 wt% of water to form a waterproof film layer; curing the waterproofing film layer so that the waterproofing film layer has a predetermined moisture content to obtain a cured waterproofing film layer; applying a bottom coat primer onto the cured waterproofing film layer to form a bottom coat primer layer; applying an intermediate coat primer containing urethane as a main material onto the bottom coat primer layer to form an intermediate primer layer; and applying a coating material containing urethane as a main material onto the intermediate coat primer layer to form a top coating layer.
탄성복합화합물, 탄성복합화합물 및 우레탄을 이용한 복합방수방법이 개시된다. 상기 탄성복합화합물은 비닐 아세테이트-에틸렌 공중합체 에멀젼 55 내지 65 중량부, 비닐 아세테이트 모노머 20 내지 25 중량부, 액상형 안정제 8 내지 12 중량부, 디수소 산화물 8 내지 12 중량부, 방부제 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 탄성방수제; 레미탈; 및 물을 포함하고, 상기 탄성방수제 28 중량%, 상기 레미탈 70 중량%, 상기 물 2 중량%가 혼합되어 제조된 탄성복합화합물을 도포하여 방수도막층을 생성하는 단계; 상기 방수도막층이 일정 함수율을 갖도록 양생하는 단계; 양생된 방수도막층 상에 하도 프라이머를 도포하여 하도 프라이머층을 생성하는 단계; 상기 하도 프라이머층 상에 우레탄 주재의 중도 프라이머를 도포하여 중도 프라이머층을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 중도 프라이머층 상에 우레탄 주재의 코팅재를 도포하여 탑 코팅층을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
