A Foldable Claw for Excavators
The present invention relates to a foldable claw for an excavator including a locking unit for locking a rotating member at any position between a first position and a second position. The locking unit includes: a plurality of first receiving portions provided on one end of a claw body and disposed to enclose a second center shaft; a plurality of second receiving portions provided on one end of a rotating member at positions corresponding to the first receiving portions and disposed to enclose the second center shaft; and a plurality of locking portions being movable between a locking position for fixing the claw body and the rotating member to prevent relative rotation to the second center shaft since the locking portions are engaged with the first and second receiving portions, and a release position for relatively rotating the claw body and the rotating member around the second center shaft since the locking portions are released from any one of the first and second receiving portions. Therefore, the rotating member does not protrude from an arm when it is positioned at the second position, so that the rotating member does not physically interfere with peripheral objects. The work using only a bucket is very convenient, and the whole work time is reduced, as well as decreasing an accident.
본 발명은 접이식 굴삭기용 집게에 관한 것으로서, 상기 회전 부재를 상기 제1 위치와 상기 제2 위치 사이의 임의의 위치에 고정시킬 수 있는 잠금 유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 잠금 유닛은, 상기 집게 본체의 타단부에 마련되며, 상기 제2 중심축을 둘러 감싸도록 배치되는 복수 개의 제1 수용부; 상기 제1 수용부와 대응되는 위치에 배치되도록 상기 회전 부재의 일단부에 마련되며, 상기 제2 중심축을 둘러 감싸도록 배치되는 복수 개의 제2 수용부; 상기 제1 수용부 및 상기 제2 수용부와 결합됨으로써 상기 제2 중심축을 중심으로 상대 회전 불가능하게 상기 집게 본체와 회전 부재를 고정하는 잠금 위치와, 상기 제1 수용부 및 상기 제2 수용부 중 적어도 하나로부터 이탈하여 상기 집게 본체와 상기 회전 부재가 상기 제2 중심축을 중심으로 상대 회전 가능하게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 위치 이동 가능한 복수 개의 잠금부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 회전 부재가 제2 위치에 있을 때 암으로부터 돌출되지 않고 밀착될 수 있어, 상기 회전 부재가 주변 물체와 물리적 간섭을 일으킬 염려가 없는 바, 버켓만을 사용하는 작업이 매우 편리해지고 전체적인 작업 시간이 감소하며 안전 사고의 위험이 없다는 효과가 있다.
A Foldable Claw for Excavators
The present invention relates to a foldable claw for an excavator including a locking unit for locking a rotating member at any position between a first position and a second position. The locking unit includes: a plurality of first receiving portions provided on one end of a claw body and disposed to enclose a second center shaft; a plurality of second receiving portions provided on one end of a rotating member at positions corresponding to the first receiving portions and disposed to enclose the second center shaft; and a plurality of locking portions being movable between a locking position for fixing the claw body and the rotating member to prevent relative rotation to the second center shaft since the locking portions are engaged with the first and second receiving portions, and a release position for relatively rotating the claw body and the rotating member around the second center shaft since the locking portions are released from any one of the first and second receiving portions. Therefore, the rotating member does not protrude from an arm when it is positioned at the second position, so that the rotating member does not physically interfere with peripheral objects.
