Automatic cleaning device for glass windows of building exterior walls
The present invention relates to an automatic cleaning apparatus for glass windows on the outer walls of a building. The automatic cleaning apparatus includes a body unit which has a monitoring camera unit for obtaining image information regarding the surroundings of the automatic cleaning apparatus to determine whether there is an area left to be cleaned and controls a glass window cleaning operation; a center operation unit which includes a rotary operation unit coupled to the center of the body unit to enable rotary and lifting operations, a rotating means for rotating the rotary operation unit or lifting the rotary operation unit up and down, a suction plate fixing body coupled to the lower part of the rotary operation unit while having a center suction plate, and a vacuum control unit arranged in the rotary operation unit and connected to the center suction plate to control the vacuum state of the center suction plate in accordance with the movement of the rotary operation unit being lifted up and down; a side operation unit which is coupled to the body unit, has a side suction plate adhering to the glass windows, and moves the automatic cleaning apparatus by using joint movement; a washing unit which is coupled to the upper part of the body unit and sprays a detergent for cleaning the glass windows; a washing blade unit which is coupled to the lower part of the body unit and has a washing brush to wash the glass windows; and a secondary cleaning apparatus which has connection cables connected to the body unit and multiple cables for supplying the detergent and power supply and prevents the adhesion pressure of the automatic cleaning apparatus from decreasing due to the outside conditions of a high-rise building.
본 발명은 건물 외벽 유리창용 자동 청소장치에 관한 것으로, 자동 청소장치의 주변 영상정보를 획득하는 감시 카메라부가 구성되어 미흡한 청소구역에 대한 존재 유무를 판별하며, 유리창 청소를 위한 구동을 제어하는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 중앙에 회전 및 승하강 작동이 가능하게 결합되는 회전 구동부와, 상기 회전 구동부를 회전, 또는 승하강시키는 회전수단과, 상기 회전 구동부의 하부에 결합되며, 중앙 흡착판이 구성되는 흡착판 고정몸체와, 상기 회전 구동부의 내부에 구성되며, 상기 중앙 흡착판과 하부 진공관을 통해 연결되어 상기 회전 구동부의 승하강 작동에 따라 상기 중앙 흡착판의 진공 상태를 제어하는 진공 제어부재를 포함하는 중앙 구동부; 상기 몸체부에 결합되며, 상기 유리창과 밀착을 이루는 사이드 흡착판이 구성되고, 관절 운동에 의해 상기 자동 청소장치를 이동시키는 사이드 구동부; 상기 몸체부의 상부에 결합되며, 유리창 청소를 위한 세제를 분사하는 세척부; 상기 몸체부의 하부에 결합되어 상기 유리창을 세척하는 세척 브러쉬가 구비된 세척 날개부; 및 상기 몸체부와 연결되는 연결 케이블과, 세제 및 전원을 공급하는 복수의 케이블이 구비되고, 상기 자동 청소장치가 고층 건물의 외부 조건에 의해 밀착력이 저하되는 것을 방지하는 보조 청소장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
