Manhole locking device using lock guide ring
The present invention relates to a manhole locking device using a locking guide ring that is capable of allowing rotation preventing shafts and locking holes of the locking guide ring to be lockedly coupled concavedly and convexedly to each other by means of the rotation of a fixing bolt, thereby preventing the locking state from easily released after locked. According to the present invention, the manhole locking device, which is provided with a screw hole formed on a fixing protrusion, a locking hole corresponding to the screw hole, a fixing bolt having a spring fitted to the lower periphery thereof and adapted to be inserted from the locking hole into the screw hole to lock a manhole cover, includes: an installation bar located in the fixing protrusion in such a manner as to be integrally formed by means of insert molding to have screw holes formed on top thereof and a plurality of coupling protrusions formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof; and a locking guide ring having rotation prevention holes formed on both sides of the locking hole, a through hole formed under the locking hole, a plurality of guide holes formed equally spaced apart from each other located on top of the spring, and rotation preventing protrusions protruding from both sides thereof; a washer having rotation prevention shafts located on the underside thereof in such a manner as to be coupled concavedly and convexedly to the locking guide holes of the locking guide ring; and the fixing bolt having a head and a screw shaft located on the underside of the head in such a manner as to be coupled to the screw hole.
본 발명은 잠금 안내링을 이용한 맨홀용 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 맨홀 뚜껑과 후레임을 결합한 상태에서 고정볼트를 회전시켜 잠금 안내링에서 회전 방지축과 잠금 구멍의 요철 결합을 통하여 맨홀 뚜껑을 후레임에 잠금하고, 맨홀 뚜껑을 분리하기 위해 잠금을 해제하기 위해서는 렌치로 잠금 안내링을 눌러 고정상태를 해제한 후 고정볼트가 회전하면서 간편하게 해제하도록 하는 잠금 안내링을 이용한 맨홀용 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 고정 돌출부에 형성하는 나사 구멍과, 상기 나사구멍과 일치하는 잠금 구멍을 형성하며, 상기 잠금 구멍에서 하측에 스프링을 설치한 고정볼트가 나사 구멍에서 맨홀뚜껑이 잠금되도록 하되;상기 고정 돌출부에 형성하며 상측으로 나사 구멍이 형성되고 외측으로 다수의 결합돌기가 돌출되어 일체형으로 인서트 성형되는 설치봉으로 이루어지는 맨홀용 잠금장치에 있어서,상기 잠금 구멍의 양쪽으로 회전방지 구멍이 형성되며, 상기 잠금 구멍의 하측에 관통 구멍이 형성되고, 상기 관통 구멍의 상측에 하측 선단이 고정되는 스프링의 상측에 위치되며 잠금 안내구멍이 일정한 간격으로 설치되며, 양쪽으로 회전방지 돌출부가 돌출되는 잠금 안내링을 포함하고,상기 잠금 안내링의 잠금 안내구멍과 요철형태로 결합하는 회전 방지축이 하측에 형성되는 와셔가 머리부의 하측에 고정되며, 상기 머리부의 하측으로 형성한 나사축이 나사구멍에 결합하는 고정볼트가 포함되는 맨홀 잠금장치로 이루어지되;상기 잠금 안내링은 중앙에 링구멍을 형성하고 원주 방향으로 일정한 간격에 형성한 잠금 안내구멍은 한쪽 방향에서 직각으로 형성되고 반대쪽 방향에서 회전 안내면과 같이 경사지게 형성되며 양쪽으로 회전방지 돌출부가 돌출되어 회전 방지축의 회전이 방지되도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
