A construction safety scaffold
The present invention relates to a safety scaffold for construction, blocking a connection portion of safety footplates and a fixing portion with crossbar from the outside to secure safety. According to the present invention, the safety scaffold for construction comprises: a footplate body including a plate-shaped plate having a length and a plurality of vertically penetrated concave grooves; and a fixing means installed at both ends of the footplate body, and including a plate-shaped body and a locking piece. The body is fixed to span and be supported to a pipe of a temporary structure while closing a side surface at an end part of the footplate. The locking piece is outwardly extended from the top of the body while having a length in the longitudinal direction of the body to surround, receive, and support the upper part of the pipe while having an area and a length capable of covering the entire upper surface of the pipe, and has a hook extended at an end to be locked and fixed in a locking hole, which vertically penetrates a locking piece forming a fixing means of other safety scaffold. The body of the fixing means has an extended fixing piece with a flat-U shaped cross section extended from the top and both side ends towards the footplate body and surrounding and closely adhered to the upper surface and both side surfaces of the footplate body. Both the side surfaces of the extended fixing piece and both the side surfaces of the footplate body are coupled and fixed by a pair of rivets disposed to be spaced apart from each other at an interval.
본 발명은, 안전발판들의 연결부위 및 가로바와의 고정부위가 외부에 대하여 차폐되어 안전성을 더욱 확보할 수 있도록; 길이를 가지며 상하로 관통된 다수개의 요홈이 형성된 '판(plate)' 형상의 판체로 이루어진 발판본체와; 상기 발판본체의 양단에 구비되며 가설구조물의 파이프에 걸쳐져 지지되도록 상기 발판본체의 단부에서 측면을 폐쇄하면서 고정되는 '판(plate)' 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 길이방향으로 길이를 가지면서 상기 몸체의 상단에서 외측방향으로 연장형성되어 상기 파이프의 상부전체면을 감싸도록 된 넓이와 길이를 가지면서 상기 파이프의 상부를 감싸면서 수용하여 지지하도록 되고 종단에 타 안전발판의 고정수단을 구성하는 걸이편에 상하로 관통되면서 형성된 걸이공에 걸림고정되는 걸고리가 연장형성된 걸이편을 가지는 고정수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 건축용 안전발판에 있어서; 상기 고정수단의 상기 몸체에는, 상단 및 양측단에서 상기 발판본체측 방향으로 연장형성되며 상기 발판본체의 상면과 양측면을 감싸면서 밀착지지하도록 단면 형상이 '┏┓' 형상으로 이루어진 연장고정편이 형성되며; 상기 연장고정편의 양측면과 상기 발판본체의 양측면은, 사이간격을 가지면서 배치되는 한 쌍의 리벳들을 통해 각각 리벳팅되어 체결고정되는 건축용 안전발판을 제공한다.
A construction safety scaffold
The present invention relates to a safety scaffold for construction, blocking a connection portion of safety footplates and a fixing portion with crossbar from the outside to secure safety. According to the present invention, the safety scaffold for construction comprises: a footplate body including a plate-shaped plate having a length and a plurality of vertically penetrated concave grooves; and a fixing means installed at both ends of the footplate body, and including a plate-shaped body and a locking piece. The body is fixed to span and be supported to a pipe of a temporary structure while closing a side surface at an end part of the footplate. The locking piece is outwardly extended from the top of the body while having a length in the longitudinal direction of the body to surround, receive, and support the upper part of the pipe while having an area and a length capable of covering the entire upper surface of the pipe, and has a hook extended at an end to be locked and fixed in a locking hole, which vertically penetrates a locking piece forming a fixing means of other safety scaffold. The body of the fixing means has an extended fixing piece with a flat-U shaped cross section extended from the top and both side ends towards the footplate body and surrounding and closely adhered to the upper surface and both side surfaces of the footplate body. Both the side surfaces of the extended fixing piece and both the side surfaces of the footplate body are coupled and fixed by a pair of rivets disposed to be spaced apart from each other at an interval.
본 발명은, 안전발판들의 연결부위 및 가로바와의 고정부위가 외부에 대하여 차폐되어 안전성을 더욱 확보할 수 있도록; 길이를 가지며 상하로 관통된 다수개의 요홈이 형성된 '판(plate)' 형상의 판체로 이루어진 발판본체와; 상기 발판본체의 양단에 구비되며 가설구조물의 파이프에 걸쳐져 지지되도록 상기 발판본체의 단부에서 측면을 폐쇄하면서 고정되는 '판(plate)' 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 길이방향으로 길이를 가지면서 상기 몸체의 상단에서 외측방향으로 연장형성되어 상기 파이프의 상부전체면을 감싸도록 된 넓이와 길이를 가지면서 상기 파이프의 상부를 감싸면서 수용하여 지지하도록 되고 종단에 타 안전발판의 고정수단을 구성하는 걸이편에 상하로 관통되면서 형성된 걸이공에 걸림고정되는 걸고리가 연장형성된 걸이편을 가지는 고정수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 건축용 안전발판에 있어서; 상기 고정수단의 상기 몸체에는, 상단 및 양측단에서 상기 발판본체측 방향으로 연장형성되며 상기 발판본체의 상면과 양측면을 감싸면서 밀착지지하도록 단면 형상이 '┏┓' 형상으로 이루어진 연장고정편이 형성되며; 상기 연장고정편의 양측면과 상기 발판본체의 양측면은, 사이간격을 가지면서 배치되는 한 쌍의 리벳들을 통해 각각 리벳팅되어 체결고정되는 건축용 안전발판을 제공한다.
