The present invention relates to a quasi-non-flammable and a non-flammable spray mortar insulation filler including pine needle powder, and a construction board and a sandwich panel using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to technology in which finely processed pine needle powder including powder using unfallen pine needles and powder using fallen pine needles is used to manufacture a non-flammable spray mortar insulation filler, and a construction board and a sandwich panel are manufactured by using the spray mortar insulation filler, thereby preventing property damage and loss of lives in case of fire. According to the present invention, the non-flammable spray mortar insulation filler including pine needle powder comprises: 10-20 parts by weight of pine needle powder; 70-85 parts by weight of a non-flammable binder formed by mixing 53-63 parts by weight of modified silicate and 13-14 parts by weight of structural ceramics with 15-20 parts by weight of water, and then adding 3-4 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based non-flammable agent and 2-3 parts by weight of a curing agent to a mixture; and 5-15 parts by weight of an elastic compound formed by mixing 45-55 parts by weight of elastic rubber and 18-22 parts by weight of silicone with 18-22 parts by weight of water.
본 발명은 솔잎분말이 함유된 준불연성/불연성 스프레이 몰탈 보온재, 이를 이용한 건축용 보드 및 샌드위치 패널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 미세하게 가공된 송엽분(松葉粉, 생송엽분 및 송낙엽분)을 사용해 불연성 스프레이 몰탈 보온재를 제조하고, 이러한 스프레이 몰탈 보온재로 건축용 보드와 샌드위치 패널을 제조함으로써, 화재시 재난 및 인명 피해를 방지할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 솔잎분말 10~20중량부; 물 15~20중량부에 변성실리케이트 53~63중량부와 구조형 세라믹스 13~14중량부를 혼합한 다음, 인계 난연제 3~4중량부 및 경화제 2~3중량부를 혼합하여 형성되는 불연바인더 70~85중량부; 물 18~22중량부에 탄성고무 45~55중량부와 실리콘 18~22중량부를 혼합하여 형성되는 탄성화합물 5~15중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔잎분말이 함유된 불연성 스프레이 몰탈 보온재, 이를 이용한 건축용 보드 및 샌드위치 패널을 기술적 요지로 한다.
