MULTI RAKE SCREEN APPARATUS OF CHAIN TYPE
The present invention relates to a chain lifting type multi-rake screen apparatus connecting and fixing a fixing bracket to a screen means including a fixing bar and a flat iron bar in a match-joint fitting type so as to enhance assemblability and fixing force. To this end, according to the present invention, the chain lifting type multi-rake screen apparatus comprises: a body (10) having opened front and rear surfaces to allow a fluid to flow therein and having an outlet (12) formed on one side of a top to discharge foreign matters to the outside; the screen means (20) formed on one inner side of the body (10) to catch the foreign matters; a rake means (30) sweeping out and moving the foreign matters caught on the screen means (20) to the outlet (12) of the body (10) to make the foreign matters discharged therefrom; and a driving means (40) to provide driving force to the rake means (30). The screen means (20) comprises: a plurality of fixing brackets (210) formed on both ends; a plurality of fixing bars (220) fixed to maintain a gap between the fixing brackets (210); and a plurality of flat iron bars (230) upwardly formed on the fixing bars (220) to filter the foreign matters.
본 발명은 체인 인양식 멀티 레이크 스크린장치에 관한 것으로서, 고정브라켓과 고정바 및 평철바로 구성되는 스크린수단을 사개물림 맞춤방식으로 상호 연결 및 고정함으로써, 조립성과 고정력을 향상시키는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 전, 후면이 개방되어 유체가 흐르도록 구성되고 상단 일측에 협잡물이 외부로 배출되도록 배출구(12)가 구성되는 몸체(10)와; 상기 몸체(10)의 내측 일측에 구성되어 협잡물이 걸리도록 구성되는 스크린수단(20)과; 상기 스크린수단(20)에 걸린 협잡물을 걷어내어 상기 몸체(10)의 배출구(12)로 배출되도록 이동하는 레이크수단(30); 및 상기 레이크수단(30)에 구동력을 제공하는 구동수단(40)을 포함하고; 상기 스크린수단(20)은 양단 각각에 구성되는 복수의 고정브라켓(210)과; 상기 복수의 고정브라켓(210) 사이에 간격을 유지하도록 고정되는 복수의 고정바(220); 및 상기 복수의 고정바(220) 상에 횡방향으로 복수로 구성되어 협잡물을 걸러내도록 하는 복수의 평철바(230);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
