DRAIN CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND PARKING LOT FOR BUILDING
The present invention relates to a drainage facility for an underground parking lot of a building and. The purpose of the present invention is to prepare a space capable of smoothly draining water in the underground parking lot, and use a space between an outer wall of concrete and an inner wall of a block type as a drainage space, thereby enabling design, construction, and use without burden of costs and cleanly maintaining the underground parking lot through rapid drainage. According to the present invention, the drainage facility for an underground parking lot of a building comprises: a first drainage path formed on the inner bottom part of a block-type inner wall which is separated at regular intervals inside a concrete outer wall; a perforated grating which covers the upper part of the first drainage path; a water collecting part which is installed in a place which does not interfere with the perforated grating in the upper part of the first drainage path, and collects water discharged along the first drainage path; a drainage induction block which is installed on the bottom part of the block-type inner wall in a manner of being combined with another block; a second drainage path which is formed between the concrete outer wall and the block-type inner wall; and a drainage inducing pipe which guides water collected in the water collecting part to the second drainage path by being circulated over the second drainage path after passing through the drainage induction block in the collecting part.
본 발명은 건축물 지하 주차장 배수 시설에 관한 것으로, 지하 주차장에 물을 원활하게 배수할 수 있는 공간을 마련하고 콘크리트 외벽과 블록식 내벽 사이의 공간을 배수공간으로 활용하여 큰 비용부담없이 설계와 시공 및 사용이 가능하고 신속한 배수를 통해 지하 주차장을 청결하게 유지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 건축물 지하 주차장 배수 시설은, 콘크리트 외벽의 안쪽에 일정 간격을 두고 조적되는 블록식 내벽의 안쪽의 바닥부에 형성되는 제1배수로와; 상기 제1배수로의 상부를 덮는 유공의 그레이팅과; 상기 제1배수로의 상부 중에서 상기 유공의 그레이팅과 간섭을 일으키지 않는 곳에 설치되며 상기 제1배수로를 따라 배수되는 물을 집수하는 집수부와; 상기 블록식 내벽의 바닥부에 다른 블록과 조적식으로 설치되는 배수유도블록과; 상기 콘크리트 외벽과 블록식 내벽의 사이에 형성되는 제2배수로와; 상기 집수부에서 상기 배수유도블록을 경유한 후 상기 제2배수로에 걸쳐 배관되어 상기 집수부에 집수되는 물을 상기 제2배수로로 유도하는 배수유도관을 포함한다.
