MANUFACTUREING METHOD FOR ROASTER AND THEREOF PRODUCT
Disclosed are a manufacturing method of a roasting kiln and a kiln manufactured by the same which can greatly reduce the number of manufacturing processes. According to embodiments of the present invention, the manufacturing method of a roasting kiln comprises: a first step of preparing a support and installing a brazier having a grill and an opening part on the support; a second step of connecting a plurality of arc-shaped metal plates to form an outer frame and an inner frame of a semispherical shape, and arranging the outer frame to have a space outside the inner frame to manufacture an upper mold and a lower mold; a third step of mounting the lower mold on the grill of the brazier, and stacking ALC blocks and red clay blocks in a space between the inner frame and the outer frame of the lower mold to fill the space and inject mortar to fill a gap; a fourth step of hardening the lower mold and then coupling the upper mold manufactured in the second step on an upper portion of the lower mold; a fifth step of stacking ALC blocks and red clay blocks in a space between the inner frame and the outer frame of the upper mold to fill the space and inject mortar to fill a gap; a six step of abandoning at a room temperature for curing; and a seventh step of removing the inner frame and the outer frame making up the upper mold and the lower mold to obtain a finished kiln.
구이용 가마의 제조공법 및 이에 따라 제조되는 가마가 개시된다. 실시예에 따르면, 받침대를 준비하고, 받침대 위에 불판과 개구부를 갖는 화덕을 설치하는 1단계; 호형의 금속판재를 다수로 연결하여 반구형의 내부틀과 외부틀을 형성하고, 내부틀의 외측에 공간을 갖도록 외부틀을 배치하여 상부 거푸집 및 하부 거푸집을 제작하는 2단계; 상기 화덕의 불판 위에 하부 거푸집을 장착하고, 하부 거푸집의 내부틀과 외부틀 사이의 공간에 ALC벽돌 및 황토벽돌을 적층시켜 채우고 몰탈을 주입하여 틈을 메꾸도록 하는 3단계; 상기 하부 거푸집을 경화시킨 후 상기 2단계에서 제작된 상부 거푸집을 하부 거푸집의 상부에 결합시키는 4단계; 상기 상부 거푸집의 내부틀과 외부틀 사이의 공간에 ALC벽돌 및 황토벽돌을 적층시켜 채우고 몰탈을 주입하여 틈을 메꾸도록 하는 5단계; 상온에서 방치하여 양생시키는 6단계; 상기 상부 거푸집 및 하부 거푸집을 구성하는 내부틀과 외부틀을 해체하여 완성된 가마를 얻는 7단계;를 포함한다.
