The reinforcement device for repair of underground structures
The present invention relates to a device for repairing and reinforcing an underground structure that is installed to an inner wall of the underground structure to prevent occurrence of a defect which is caused by repeated impact or vibration. The device includes anchors installed vertically and horizontally at regular intervals along the inner wall of the underground structure, of which an inner peripheral surface is formed with a locking groove; a plurality of connecting members each having a body with a connecting rod engaged to the locking groove of the anchor by a locking boss formed on an outer peripheral surface of the connecting rod, a screw groove formed on a rear portion of the body, a first fitting hole penetrating vertically the body, and a second fitting hole penetrating horizontally the body; a reinforcing member having a wire mesh formed by a plurality of first wires fitted into the first fitting holes of the connecting members which are arranged vertically along the inner wall of the underground structure, and a second wires fitted into the second fitting holes of the connecting members which are arranged horizontally along the inner wall of the underground structure; a finishing member closely installed to the connecting member by bolts engaged to a through-hole formed in the finishing member corresponding to the screw groove of the connecting member; and a filler filled between the inner wall of the underground structure and the finishing member.
본 발명은 지하구조물의 내벽에 설치하여 보수 보강을 이루는 지하구조물의 보수 보강장치에 관한 것으로, 지하구조물의 내벽을 따라 수직 및 수평방향으로 복수 설치되어 일정간격을 유지하되, 내주연에는 걸림홈을 형성하는 앵커; 외주연에 걸림돌기를 형성하여 상기 앵커의 걸림홈에 결합되는 연결봉을 구성한 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 후방에 형성되는 나사홈과, 상기 몸체를 상하방향으로 관통하여 형성되는 제1끼움홀과, 상기 몸체를 좌우방향으로 관통하여 형성되는 제2끼움홀로 구성되는 복수 개의 연결수단; 지하구조물의 내벽을 따라 수직방향으로 배열된 연결수단의 제1끼움홀에 각각 끼워져 수직방향으로 설치되는 복수 개의 제1와이어와, 상기 지하구조물의 내벽을 따라 수평방향으로 배열되는 연결수단의 제2끼움홀에 각각 끼워져 수평방향으로 설치되는 복수 개의 제2와이어를 구성하여 와이어매쉬 구조를 지니도록 설치되는 보강부; 상기 연결수단의 나사홈에 대응되는 관통홀을 구성하여 볼트결합을 통해 연결수단에 밀착설치되는 마감재; 상기 지하구조물의 내벽과 마감재 사이에 충진되는 충진재;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
