CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE LEAK PREVENTION STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a corrugated steel plate leak prevention structure. In the corrugated steel plate leak prevention structure for corrugated steel plate leak prevention, the corrugated steel plate is formed such that the corrugated part and the crest part of the corrugated shape have an arch shape in the width direction, a coupling portion is formed in anonther corrugated steel plate respective neighboring the front and rear edges in the longitudinal direction, in which first through holes for bolting engagement are arranged to have a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, a gasket is placed on the coupling portion with a second through hole having the same diameter and gap as the first through hole, a water-stopping member is placed on the gasket with a third through hole having the same diameter and gap as the first through hole, and a reinforcing cover is brought into contact with the upper portion of the water-stopping member to be coupled with a bolt and a nut. According to the present invention, a concrete liquid contained in concrete is prevented from leaking to the outside through the corrugated steel plate, the reinforcing cover, and the bolted part during concrete placement inside the reinforcing cover, thereby preventing the occurrence of stains on the surface and enhancing the exterior appearance.
이 건 발명은 파형강판 방수구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 파형강판의 누수방지를 위한 파형강판 방수구조에 있어서, 상기 파형강판은 파형의 골부와 산부가 폭방향으로 아치형태를 갖도록 형성되며, 길이방향의 전,후방 가장자리에 각각 이웃하는 다른 파형강판에 볼팅결합을 위한 제1관통홀이 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 갖도록 배열된 결합부가 형성되어지고, 상기 결합부의 상부에 상기 제1관통홀과 동일한 직경과 간격을 갖는 제2관통홀이 형성된 가스켓이 얹혀지게 구비되고, 상기 가스켓의 상부에 제1관통홀과 동일한 직경과 간격을 갖는 제3관통홀이 형성된 지수부재가 얹혀지게 구비되고, 상기 지수부재의 상부에 보강커버가 맞대어져 볼트와 너트로 결합됨을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이 건 발명은 보강커버의 내부로 콘크리트가 타설되어지는 과정에서 콘크리트속에 함유된 콘크리트액이 파형강판과 보강커버 및 볼팅된 부분을 통해 외부로 누수되는 것을 방지하여 표면에 얼룩이 발생되는 것을 막아 외부 미관을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.

이 건 발명은 파형강판 방수구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 파형강판의 누수방지를 위한 파형강판 방수구조에 있어서, 상기 파형강판은 파형의 골부와 산부가 폭방향으로 아치형태를 갖도록 형성되며, 길이방향의 전,후방 가장자리에 각각 이웃하는 다른 파형강판에 볼팅결합을 위한 제1관통홀이 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 갖도록 배열된 결합부가 형성되어지고, 상기 결합부의 상부에 상기 제1관통홀과 동일한 직경과 간격을 갖는 제2관통홀이 형성된 가스켓이 얹혀지게 구비되고, 상기 가스켓의 상부에 제1관통홀과 동일한 직경과 간격을 갖는 제3관통홀이 형성된 지수부재가 얹혀지게 구비되고, 상기 지수부재의 상부에 보강커버가 맞대어져 볼트와 너트로 결합됨을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이 건 발명은 보강커버의 내부로 콘크리트가 타설되어지는 과정에서 콘크리트속에 함유된 콘크리트액이 파형강판과 보강커버 및 볼팅된 부분을 통해 외부로 누수되는 것을 방지하여 표면에 얼룩이 발생되는 것을 막아 외부 미관을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.
