Apparatus for cutting road surface to repair manhole using waterjet and method for repairing manhole
The present invention relates to a road surface cutting apparatus using waterjet to repair a manhole, capable of automatically cutting a road surface, and a manhole repair method using the same. According to the present invention, the road surface cutting apparatus using waterjet comprises: a predetermined shaped cutting table having one side hinge-coupled to the rear part of a vehicle through a separate coupling unit and having a through-hole formed on a central portion; a driving motor fixed on the cutting table through a bracket and having a driving gear mounted on a rotary shaft thereof; a second driving gear having a structure capable of revolving on the cutting table; an elevation rail revolved with the second driving gear; a waterjet cutting unit coupled to be able to horizontally move on the sliding rail and including an injection nozzle for injecting high pressure water; an elevation screw having a top portion penetrating the second driving gear to be coupled to the second driving gear in a structure to be revolved and having a bottom portion screw-coupled to the sliding rail to elevate the sliding rail in accordance with a revolving direction; and a rotational handle fixed and coupled to the top portion of the elevation screw.
본 발명은 워터젯을 이용한 맨홀보수용 노면절삭장치 및 이를 이용한 맨홀보수공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 발명에 따른 워터젯을 이용한 맨홀보수용 노면절삭장치는, 차량의 후단부분과 별도의 체결유닛을 통해 일측이 힌지결합되고, 중심부위에 관통공이 형성된 일정형상의 커팅테이블과; 상기 커팅테이블 상에서 브라켓을 통해 고정되며, 회전축에 제1구동기어가 장착되는 구동모터와; 상기 커팅테이블 상에서 자전 가능한 구조를 가지는 제2구동기어와; 상기 제2구동기어와 함께 자전하는 승하강 레일과; 상기 승하강 레일에 일단이 결합되고 수평방향으로 연장되는 슬라이딩 레일과; 상기 슬라이딩 레일 상에서 수평방향 이동이 가능하도록 결합되고, 고압수를 분사하기 위한 분사노즐이 구비되는 워터젯 절삭유닛과; 상단부분이 상기 제2구동기어를 관통하여 자전가능한 구조로 상기 제2구동기어와 결합되고, 하단부분은 상기 슬라이딩 레일과 나사결합되어, 자전방향에 따라 상기 슬라이딩 레일을 승강 또는 하강시키는 승강스크류와; 상기 승강스크류의 상단부분과 고정결합되는 회전손잡이를 구비한다.
