In case of the present invention, a marine leisure business can easily and externally promote a location of a marine leisure shop (diving pool, resort, etc.) and available services by use of a marine leisure application. Also, the marine leisure business may increase their customers′ interest in diving training or diving tour by submitting photos of a diving tour area and the shop on the marine leisure application. Further, it is beneficial to use an experience training program associated with the marine leisure sports which is connected to the dive dome structure at the location where the safety is ensured. Customers are able to check the location of the dive dome and reserve for a desired event in real time through the marine leisure application. Reservation on the application also allows the customers to select the marine leisure using GPS, the number of participants, the time of entering and leaving water. This registered information can be delivered to a marine safety supervisor which allows for fast emergency rescue service in case of accident.
