LIFTING JACK FOR CONTROLLING SLOPE OF BRIDGE UPPER STRUCTURE AND AUTOMATIC BRIDGE LIFTING CONTROL SYSTEM THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an automatic bridge lifting control system using a lifting jack for gradient adjustment, applying one lifting jack fixing device to a hydraulic jack having a plurality of capacities, installed to be stably supported by the lower surface of a girder which is an upper structure of the bridge so as to lift the girder, and remotely controlling the hydraulic jack in a wireless manner. Moreover, a lifting jack for gradient adjustment has one hydraulic jack housing with an internal diameter size, capable of being inserted even when an outer diameter is varied in accordance with a capacity range of the hydraulic jack so as to enable the hydraulic jack housing to be inserted into the hydraulic jack in a cap shape even when the capacity of the hydraulic jack is changed on the spot. Furthermore, the lower surface of a circular body unit can come in contact with the upper surface of the lower structure of the bridge, thereby lifting the bridge.
1개의 인상잭 고정장치를 다수의 용량을 가진 유압잭에 적용할 수 있으면서도 교량상부구조인 거더 저면에 안정적으로 지지되도록 설치하여 거더를 인상시킬 수 있으며, 무선방식으로 유압잭을 원격 제어할 수 있도록 제작된 구배조정용 인상잭을 이용한 자동 교량인상 제어시스템에 대한 것으로서, 상기 구배조정용 인상잭은 유압잭의 용량범위에 따라 외경이 달라지더라도 삽입이 가능한 내경 크기를 가진 1개의 유압잭 하우징을 구비하여 현장에서 유압잭 용량이 변경되더라도 유압잭에 캡(Cap) 형태로 유압잭 하우징을 그대로 삽입할 수 있도록 하되, 상기 원통형 몸통부의 저면은 교량하부구조 상면에 접하도록 하여 교량 인상이 가능하도록 하게 된다.
