KEEPING WARM DECK BOARDS AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a building material and, more specifically, to a rigid heat insulating decoration board having a decoration function and used for the heat insulation of a building wall, and a method of manufacturing thereof. The heat insulating decoration board of the present invention includes: a heat insulating base; and decoration coating sprayed or painted on the outside of the heat insulating base, wherein the heat insulating base is produced in the weight ratio of 8.5 to 10.5 wt% of fly ash floating beads (FAFB), 30 to 35 wt% of closed cell perlite, 43 to 52 wt% of cement, 7 to 8.5 wt% of bentonite, 0.04 to 0.06 wt% of cellulose ether, 0.07 to 0.09 wt% of artificial fibers, 0.04 to 0.06 wt% of wood fibers, and 0.3 to 0.4 wt% of rubber powder. According to the present invention, the heat insulating base of the heat insulating decoration board is made by processing inorganic materials, has the advantages in hardness, heat insulation and relatively long service life, has a decoration layer formed by spraying and painting a predetermined pattern on the outer surface thereof such that the heat insulating board and decorative feature can be integrated, and can solve the problem that the organic heat insulating decoration board according to the prior art is heavy and easily separated.
본 발명은 건축물 재료에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 건축물 벽체 보온에 사용되는 장식 기능이 있는 경질의 보온 장식판재 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 보온 장식판재는, 보온 베이스, 상기 보온 베이스의 외측에 분무 또는 도색되는 장식 코팅을 포함하고, 상기 보온 베이스는, FAFB(Fly Ash Floating Bead) 8.5 내지 10.5중량%, 폐기공 펄라이트(Closed Cell Perlite) 30 내지 35중량%, 시멘트 43 내지 52중량%, 벤토나이트(Bentonite) 7 내지 8.5중량%, 셀룰로스에테르(Celluose Ether) 0.04 내지 0.06중량%, 인조 섬유 0.07 내지 0.09중량%, 목질 섬유 0.04 내지 0.06중량%, 및 고무 분말 0.3 내지 0.4중량%의 중량비로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 보온 장식판재의 보온 베이스는 무기 재료를 가공한 것으로, 경질, 보온 및 사용 수명이 비교적 긴 장점이 있고, 그 외부 표면에 예정된 도안을 분무 도색한 장식 레이어가 있어, 보온판재와 장식성을 일체화할 수 있고, 종래기술에 따른 유기 보온 장식판이 무겁고, 쉽게 떨어지는 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
