METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOOD TILE AND WOOD TILE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wood tile and to a wood tile manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the wood tile according to the present invention manufactures the wood tile by thermo-compressing a plurality of ultra-thin film high density fiberboards (HDFs) to reduce shrinkage deformation due to moisture or temperature, wherein the wood tile has excellent waterproof and flame-retardant properties to improve the workability.
본 발명은 우드타일의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 우드타일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 우드타일의 제조방법은 다수개의 초막박 HDF를 열압착하여 우드타일을 제조함으로써, 습기나 온도에 의한 수축 변형을 줄일 수 있고 방수, 방염 특성이 우수하여 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
