Disclosed is a landing stage. The landing stage of the present invention comprises: a plurality of bodies sequentially disposed in first one of the horizontal directions; a connection bar connecting the plurality of bodies in the longitudinal direction of the first direction; and a buoyancy unit connected to a lower portion of the body. The body may include: an upper frame; a middle frame positioned between the upper frame and the buoyancy unit; a support frame connecting the upper frame and the middle frame; and a bottom frame extending from the support middle frame toward the buoyancy unit and forming the bottom surface of the body, and forming an inner space between the support frame and the middle frame.
