The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a concrete structure, which partially forms concrete with high toughness on a tensile portion of the concrete structure, and coats the outside of the concrete structure. The present invention provides the method for manufacturing the concrete structure, comprising: a mold producing step (S100) of forming an external frame (100); a reinforcing steel arrangement step (S200) of arranging reinforcing steel (200) within the external frame; a placement step (S300) of placing concrete within the external frame after the reinforcing steel arrangement step; and a frame removing step (S400) of removing the external frame after the placement step. The placement step includes time sequential steps: a first placement step (S310) of placing first concrete (310) in all of the inside of the external frame; a chipping step (S320) of removing portion of the first concrete after the first placement step; and a second placement step (S330) of placing second concrete (320) after the chipping step.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 인장부위에 고인성콘트리트를 부분적으로 성형하며, 콘크리트 구조물 외부를 코팅하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적인 해결수단으로서, 본 발명의 콘크리트구조물 제조방법은 외형틀(100)을 형성하는 거푸집 제작단계(S100);, 상기 외형틀 내부에 철근(200)을 배근하는 배근단계(S200);, 상기 배근단계 후, 외형틀 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하는 타설단계(S300);, 상기 타설단계 후, 외형틀 제거하는 탈형단계(S400);의 시공절차로 이루어지며, 상기 타설단계는 외형틀 내부 전체에 제1콘크리트(310)를 타설하는 제1타설단계(S310);, 상기 제1타설단계 후, 제1콘크리트 일부를 제거하는 치핑단계(S320);, 상기 치핑단계 후, 제2콘크리트(320)를 타설하는 제2타설단계(S330);를 포함하는 시계열적 단계로 이루어진다.
