The present invention relates to a soundproof and heat insulating window system of a building. More specifically, a mohair is automatically protruded by rotation of a handle in a sliding window having a structure which locks and unlocks a window by rotating the handle, especially in the sliding window installed between a living room and a veranda such that a gap between window frames can be blocked to further strengthen soundproof and heat insulating properties. The soundproof and heat insulating window system comprises: a spring fixing piece; a slider; and a guide groove.
본 발명은 건축물의 방음 방열 창호장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 손잡이를 회전시켜 창문을 잠그고 푸는 구조의 슬라이딩 창호, 특히 거실과 베란다 사이에 설치되는 슬라이딩 창호에서 손잡이의 회동에 의해 자동으로 모헤어가 돌출되면서 창짝프레임들 사이의 들 뜬 틈새를 막아 방음은 물론 방열 특성을 더욱 더 강화시킨 건축물의 방음 방열 창호장치에 관한 것이다.
