The present invention relates to a composite girder, which comprises an upper U-shaped box connected to an upper flange; a lower U-shaped box facing the upper U-shaped box and connected to a lower flange; a web connecting the upper U-shaped box to the lower U-shaped box; and a plurality of column units coupled to the web between the upper U-shaped box and the lower U-shaped box. Moreover, through-holes, connected to at least one of the plurality of column units, are formed in the upper U-shaped box and the lower U-shaped box so that concrete can at least partially fill the upper U-shaped box, the lower U-shaped box, and the column units.
