The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for reinforcing a sleeper clamping type railroad rail. The apparatus for reinforcing a sleeper clamping type railroad rail comprises: a plurality of sleepers arranged on the ground to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals; a pair of railroad rails fixed and mounted at upper ends of both sides of the plurality of sleepers in an orthogonal direction side by side; a vertical reinforcing bar mounted between the railroad rails side by side; and a fixing supporter for directly fixing the vertical reinforcing bar at a middle part of the sleeper. The fixing supporter includes a clamp unit for surrounding and covering the vertical reinforcing bar in the same vertical line as the sleeper, and a connection member for connecting the clamp unit with the sleeper. The connection member includes a vertical supporting part coming into the side of the sleeper to be supported, and a horizontal supporting part coming into the bottom surface of the sleeper. The method for reinforcing a sleeper clamping type railroad rail comprises the steps of: arranging the vertical reinforcing bar at upper ends of middle parts of the plurality of sleepers in a parallel direction with the railroad rails; seating the clamp unit to cover the vertical reinforcing bar; and inserting the vertical supporting part of the connection member through a connection hole formed in each edge of the clamp unit and coupling the connection member with a nut so that the horizontal supporting part of the connection member comes into contact with a lower portion of the sleeper to be supported.

본 발명은 침목 체결식 철도 레일의 보강장치 및 보강방법에 관한 것으로서, 침목 체결식 철도 레일의 보강장치는, 지반에 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 침목; 상기 복수의 침목들 양측 상단에 직교하는 방향으로 나란하게 고정 설치되는 한 쌍의 철도 레일; 상기 한 쌍의 철도 레일 사이에 나란한 방향으로 설치되는 종 보강대; 및 상기 종 보강대를 침목의 중간 단에 직접 고정시키기 위한 고정 지지구를 더 포함하되, 상기 고정 지지구는, 상기 침목과 동일 수직 선상에서 상기 종 보강대를 감싸서 덮는 클램프 유닛과, 상기 클램프 유닛과 상기 침목을 결합시키는 결합부재를 포함하며, 상기 결합부재는, 상기 침목의 측면과 밀착되어 지지되는 수직 지지부와, 상기 침목의 저면과 밀착되어 지지되는 수평 지지부로 구성되고, 침목 체결식 철도 레일의 보강방법은, 복수의 침목들 중간 부위 상단에 한 쌍의 철도 레일과 나란한 방향으로 종 보강대를 배치하는 단계; 상기 종 보강대를 덮도록 클램프 유닛을 안착시키는 단계; 상기 클램프 유닛의 각 모서리에 형성된 결합공을 통해 상기 결합부재의 수직 지지부를 삽입시켜서 너트와 체결시킴에 따라 상기 결합부재의 수평 지지부가 상기 침목의 저부와 밀착되어 지지되도록 하는 단계를 포함한다.
