The present invention relates to a screw type grit collector including: a cylindrical casing for removing sediments or sludge deposited on the bottom surface of a river or wastewater treatment plant; and a screw for transferring the sediments in the casing; and a driving motor for driving the screw and, more specifically, to an impurity treatment device using a screw type grit collector, which includes: a shaft; and blades formed in a spiral shape long the outer circumference of the shaft, wherein friction preventing members are mounted on the edges of the blades so as to prevent the friction between the inner surface of the casing and the blades. The impurity treatment device using the screw type grit collector according to the present invention as described above has the remarkable effect of improving the work efficiency by preventing the load caused by the friction by mounting the friction preventing members on the blades of the screw, preventing the wear of the screw and the casing and reducing the generation of noise so as to extend the lifespan of the screw type grit collector, having little restriction on the installation space, requiring low management cost, being easy in maintenance and the like.
본 발명은 하천이나 폐수처리장의 바닥면에 퇴적된 침사물 또는 슬러지를 제거하기 위하여 원통형상의 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 내부에 침전물을 이송시키는 스크류 및 상기 스크류를 구동시키는 구동모터로 이루어져 있는 스크류 타입의 침사인양기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 스크류 타입의 침사인양기의 스크류는 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 외주연을 따라 나선형상으로 형성된 날개로 이루어진 것으로, 상기 날개의 가장자리에 마찰방지부재를 장착하여 케이싱의 내부면과 날개의 마찰을 방지하는 것이 특징인 스크류 타입의 침사인양기를 이용한 협잡물 처리기에 관한 것이다.상술한 바와 같이 본 발명 스크류 타입의 침사인양기를 이용한 협잡물 처리기는 스크류의 날개에 마찰방지부재를 장착함으로써 마찰로 인한 부하가 발생하는 것을 방지하여 작업효율을 향상시키며, 또한 스크류와 케이싱의 마모를 방지 및 소음이 발생하는 것을 감소함으로써 스크류 타입의 침사인양기의 수명을 연장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 설치공간에 제약이 적고, 관리비용도 적으며 유지보수도 용이하다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
