PROJECT TYPE CURTAIN WALL HAVING CORNER GUIDE
Provided is a project type curtain wall having a corner guide comprising: a project doorframe (100) and a project door leaf (200) supported to the project doorframe and opened outwardly. The project doorframe comprises: a rectangular aluminum frame (110); a first insulation cap (120) of a polyamide material mounted at one side of the aluminum frame; a cap frame (130) and an aluminum cap (140) of a polyamide material mounted on the first insulation cap in order; an earthquake-proof buffering cap (150) arranged in a space formed by the first insulation cap, the cap frame and the project door leaf and having a heat storing space (S) formed in the earthquake-proof buffering cap (150) and having a plurality of spaces to prevent heat transfer indoors and outdoors and absorb shock by external vibration; and corner guides (300) disposed at both edges of the project doorframe to support the two edges of the project doorframe seated when the project door leaf is closed. The project type curtain wall can reinforce a weak part of a conventional door leaf and provides thermal insulation and earthquake-proof effects.
본 발명은 프로젝트 문틀(100)과 상기 프로젝트 문틀에 지지되고 실외측으로 개방되는 프로젝트 문짝(200)으로 이루어지고, 상기 프로젝트 문틀은, 사각 형상의 알루미늄프레임(110); 상기 알루미늄프레임의 일측에 장착되는 폴리아미드 재질의 제1단열캡(120); 상기 제1단열캡에 순차로 장착되는 폴리아미드 재질의 캡프레임(130)과 알루미늄캡(140); 상기 제1단열캡과 캡프레임과 상기 프로젝트 문짝으로 이루어진 공간에 배치되고, 내부에는 다수개의 공간으로 구획된 열 저장공간(S)을 가져서 실내외 열전달을 차단하고 외부 진동에 따른 충격을 흡수하는 내진완충캡(150); 및 상기 프로젝트 문틀의 양측 모서리에 구비되어, 상기 프로젝트 문짝이 닫힐 때 프로젝트 문짝의 두 모서리를 안착시키면서 지지하는 코너가이드(300);를 포함하는 프로젝트 타입 커튼월을 제공하여, 종래 문짝 모서리 취약부를 보강하는 효과가 발생하며, 단열과 내진 효과를 제공한다.
