The present invention relates to a portapotty equipped with a pipe freeze protection means. The portapotty comprises: a main body having a housing provided with a door and a partition wall provided to divide an inner space of the housing; a urinal, a sink and a toilet bowl mounted inside the housing; a water tank having a tank body made of a synthetic resin material, mounted at an edge of the inner space of the housing, and having an opening formed at a lower face, a metal frame provided at an edge portion of the tank body to be airtight, a pump embedded in the tank body, and a backflow prevention valve provided at one side of the tank body; a pipe freeze prevention means having a heating frame getting in contact with the metal frame and having a plurality of heating fins mounted therein and an insulation member provided at an outer face of the heating frame; a water tank anti-freezing means having a metal plate of which an upper edge portion makes the opening of the tank body airtight, a ultrasonic vibrator disposed on a lower face of the metal plate and a plurality of vibration pins disposed on an upper face of the metal plate and located inside the water tank; and a controller having a temperature sensor and disposed inside the housing to control the pump, the heating pin and the ultrasonic vibrator. Therefore, the portapotty is simple in structure, is easy to construct, is inexpensive in construction costs, and can prevent freeze by recovering water of the pipe in the winter time or in the case that the portapotty is not in hours of use.
본 발명은 배관 동파방지수단을 구비한 이동식 화장실에 관한 것으로, 도어가 제공된 화장실 하우징과, 상기 화장실 하우징의 내부 공간을 분할하도록 제공된 격벽을 갖는 화장실 본체와; 상기 화장실 하우징 내부에 각기 설치된 소변기, 세수대 및 양변기와; 상기 화장실 하우징의 내부 구석에 설치되어 있으며 하부면에 개구부가 형성된 합성수지 재질의 탱크 몸체와, 상기 탱크 몸체의 모서리부에 수밀되도록 제공된 금속 프레임과, 상기 탱크 몸체에 내장된 펌프와, 상기 탱크 몸체의 일측면에 제공된 역류 방지밸브를 갖는 물탱크와; 상기 금속 프레임과 밀착되어 있으며 복수 개의 발열핀이 내장된 가열 프레임과, 상기 가열 프레임의 외부면에 제공된 단열 부재를 갖는 배관 동파방지수단과; 상부면 가장자리부가 상기 탱크 몸체의 개구부를 수밀하도록 제공된 금속판재와, 상기 금속판재의 하부면에 제공된 초음파 진동자와, 상기 금속판재의 상부면에 제공되며 상기 물탱크 내부에 위치되는 복수 개의 진동 핀을 갖는 물탱크 결빙방지수단과; 온도 센서를 구비하며 상기 펌프, 상기 발열 핀 및 상기 초음파 진동자를 제어하도록 상기 화장실 하우징의 내부에 제공된 제어기로 이루어진 배관 동파방지수단으로 구성됨으로써, 구성이 간단하여 시공이 용이하며 시공단가가 저렴함은 물론, 동절기 또는 사용시간이 아닌 경우에 배관의 물을 회수하여 동파를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a portapotty equipped with a pipe freeze protection means.
