The present invention relates to a rotary damper lifting method for filtering foreign matter or impurities drifting with water by means of installation in a waterway or a river. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for lifting a rotary damper on which hydraulic cylinder-using double rakes are mounted. The rotary damper includes an endless track installed to be circulated by a drive motor and supported by a pair of frames vertically provided between a pair of vertical structures provided on the edge of a waterway or a river; a screen provided so as not to be interfered with by the circulation of the endless track, having a gap for fluid passage, and filtering impurities; and a plurality of rakes arranged at a predetermined interval on the endless track, collecting the impurities held by the screen, and circulating together with the circulation of the endless track. The frames are hinge-connected to the upper inside surfaces of the vertical structures and a hydraulic cylinder made up of a tube and a rod is installed in the vertical structure. The tube of the hydraulic cylinder is hinge-coupled to the vertical structure. An end portion of the rod is hinge-coupled to the frame. When the rod performs a linear motion from the tube of the hydraulic cylinder, the rotary damper is pivoted forwards. According to the method of the present invention for driving the rotary damper mounted with the double rakes, a larger amount of impurities can be moved upwards at the same time by means of the additional and duplex-structure auxiliary rake mounted on the rake. In addition, no overload occurs even if a large amount of impurities are moved, and waterway cleaning can be facilitated by means of hydraulic cylinder-based lifting of the damper itself.
본 발명은 수로나 하천에 설치되어 물과 함께 떠내려 오는 이물질 또는 협잡물을 거르는 것으로, 수로나 하천의 가장자리에 설치된 한 쌍의 수직구조물 사이에 수직방향으로 설치된 한 쌍의 프레임에 지지되어 구동모터에 의해 순환하도록 설치된 무한궤도와; 상기 무한궤도의 순환에 간섭받지 않도록 설치되어 협잡물은 걸러지되, 유체가 통과하도록 틈새가 형성되어 있는 스크린과; 상기 무한궤도상에 일정 간격 이격되어 배치되되, 상기 스크린상에 걸린 협잡물을 수거하여 무한궤도의 순환에 의해 함께 순환하는 복수의 레이크로 이루어진 로터리 제진기 인양방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 한 쌍의 프레임은 수직구조물의 상부 측 내측면에 힌지결합되어 있는 것으로, 상기 수직구조물에는 각각 튜브와 로드로 이루어진 유압실린더가 설치되되, 상기 유압실린더의 튜브는 수직구조물에 힌지결합되고, 상기 로드의 끝단부는 프레임에 힌지결합되어, 상기 유압실린더의 튜브로부터 로드가 직선운동을 하게 됨으로써 로터리 제진기는 전방으로 회동되는 것이 특징인 유압실린더를 이용한 더블 레이크가 장착된 로터리 제진기 인양방법에 관한 것이다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명 더블 레이크가 장착된 로터리 제진기의 구동방법은 레이크에 보조 레이크를 복층구조로 추가장착함으로써 한 번에 더 많은 양의 협잡물을 상부로 이동시킬 수 있고, 많은 양의 협잡물을 이동시키더라도 과부하가 발생하지 않으며, 또한 유압실린더를 통해 제진기 자체를 인양하여 수로의 청소가 용이하다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a rotary damper lifting method for filtering foreign matter or impurities drifting with water by means of installation in a waterway or a river.
