Method for manufacturing emotional clay bricks and emotional clay bricks manufactured by the same
Provided are a method for manufacturing sentimental clay bricks using a coating method and sentimental clay bricks manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the sentimental clay bricks comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials including kaolin, white clay, clay, and alumina silica to obtain a mixture; extruding the mixture with a vacuum extruder, molding an extrudate into a predetermined shape using a molding machine to form extruded beads; spraying a powdered glaze powder onto an extruded substrate; drying the extruded beads coated with the powdered glaze powder and calcining the dried extruded beads. According to the present invention, visualized high-sensitivity clay bricks having various colors and patterns can be manufactured by using the powder glaze powder properties and a coating technique.
코팅법을 이용한 감성 점토벽돌 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 감성 점토벽돌을 제공한다. 감성 점토벽돌 제조방법은 카올린, 백토, 점토, 알루미나질 실리카를 포함하는 원료를 혼합한 혼합물을 혼련하는 단계, 상기 혼합물을 진공압출기를 통하여 압출시키고, 압출물을 성형기를 이용하여 소정의 형상으로 성형하여 압출소지를 형성하는 단계, 상기 압출소지에 분장 유약 분말을 살포하여 코팅하는 단계, 상기 분장 유약 분말이 코팅된 압출소지를 건조하는 단계 및 상기 건조된 압출소지를 소성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
