Membrane tension device and assembly method thereof for membrane structures
The present invention relates to a membrane tension device for a membrane structure and a method for assembling the same. It is possible to automatically tension the membrane material surface while fixing the membrane material by covering the upper portion of an aluminum beam (frame) with a cut membrane material and fixing the beam by gasket-based pressing and insertion. Since it is not a fixing method using an existing screw, it can be easily installed within a short time. In the conventional screw fixing method, leakage occurs when the screw is loosened or released. However, in the present invention, the upper portion of the beam (frame) is covered with the cut membrane material and the beam is fixed by gasket-based pressing and insertion, and thus the problem does not arise. The aluminum hold cap is fitted in the upper groove of the gasket, and thus it is possible to prevent the gasket from being detached from the aluminum beam. If the membrane material is loosened after a long period of use, the gasket is removed and reassembly is performed with an edition gasket added, and then the membrane material can become tense again and can be installed flat. The membrane tension device is applicable to membrane structures made of aluminum, steel, wood, and PVC. Also, it is applicable to various tents for a membrane structure as well as glamping tents.
본 발명은 막 구조물용 막 긴장 장치와 그 조립방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미늄 빔(프레임)의 상부에 재단된 막재를 씌우고 가스켓으로 눌러서 삽입하여 빔을 고정하여 줌으로써, 막재를 고정하면서 막재 면에 긴장력을 자동으로 줄 수 있고, 기존과 같은 나사를 이용한 고정방식이 아니므로 손쉽게 설치가 가능함은 물론 설치시간이 단축되며, 기존의 나사 고정방식에서 나사의 고정이 느슨해지거나 풀리는 경우 누수가 발생하는 문제점을 빔(프레임)의 상부에 재단된 막재를 씌우고 가스켓으로 눌러서 삽입하여 빔을 고정하여 주어 해결할 수 있고, 가스켓의 상부 홈에 알루미늄 재질의 홀드 캡을 끼워줌으로써, 알루미늄 빔에서 가스켓이 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 장기간 사용한 후 막재가 느슨해지는 경우 가스켓을 벗겨낸 후 에디션 가스켓을 추가해서 재조립하여 줌으로써, 막재를 재 긴장하여 팽팽하게 되게 설치할 수 있고, 알루미늄, 스틸, 목재, PVC재질의 막 구조물에 막 긴장 장치를 적용할 수 있으며, 글램핑 텐트는 물론 막 구조물용 각종 텐트에도 적용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a membrane tension device for a membrane structure and a method for assembling the same.
