ELASTIC BOLLARD ATTACHABLE TO EASY MAINTAIN
The present invention relates to a detachable elastic bollard which can be easily maintained. The detachable elastic bollard comprises: a support member which has first hanging protrusions at intervals at an opened upper end; a first attaching and detaching member which is combined with the support member to be detached; a second attaching and detaching member which is piled on the first attaching and detaching member; a rod member which is installed to penetrate the first and second attaching and detaching members; a first elastic member which is installed on a shaft of the rod member, is located under the first attaching and detaching member, and is inserted into the support member; a second elastic member which is installed on the shaft of the rod member and is located on the second attaching and detaching member; and a pillar member which has an opened end combined with the second attaching and detaching member to be detached. Since the rod member supports impact and the two elastic members absorb impact from the top and the bottom, a damage rate is low and restoring force is very excellent. Since parts constituting a component have an assembly structure, partial maintenance is possible when a product is damaged, and parts can be quickly exchanged at low costs. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the entire bollard when a product is damaged.
본 발명은 유지보수가 쉬운 탄성 볼라드에 관한 것으로, 개구된 상단에 제1 걸림돌기들이 서로 간격을 두고 돌출 형성된 지지부재와, 지지부재와 탈착되게 결합되는 제1 탈착부재와, 제1 탈착부재 위에 적치되는 제2 탈착부재와, 제1 및 제2 탈착부재를 관통하여 설치되는 봉부재와, 봉부재의 축상에 설치되어 제1 탈착부재의 아래에 위치하며 지지부재에 삽입되는 제1 탄성부재와, 봉부재의 축상에 설치되어 제2 탈착부재 위에 위치하는 제2 탄성부재와, 개구된 단부가 제2 탈착부재와 탈착되게 결합되는 기둥부재를 포함하며, 봉부재가 충격을 지지하고 2개의 탄성부재가 아래위에서 충격을 완충하기 때문에 파손율이 적고 복원력이 매우 우수하며, 구성요소를 이루는 부품들이 조립구조를 이루기 때문에, 제품 파손시 부분 유지보수가 가능하고, 저렴한 비용으로 신속한 부품 교환이 가능하다. 따라서, 제품 파손시 전체 볼라드를 교체할 필요가 없다.
