Apparatus for preventing back flow of foul smell Sewer pipe
The present invention provides a sewage pipe bad smell blocking device, which prevents bad smells generated in a sewage pipe from flowing back to the ground by closing the sewage pipe when there is no flow of sewage. To this end, a flange member (20) capable of contracting/relaxing by an opening (24) which is cut in a cylindrical body (21) and an annular wing (23) of an inner flange (20a) and an outer flange (20b) which are assembled to be doubly overlapped, and a tube member which has a PVC (13) and a PE (14) coated on the inner and outer surfaces of a flexible fabric woven cloth (11) are assembled to an entrance side of a sewage pipe. Therefore, the tube member is temporarily opened by rainwater introduced into the sewage pipe, or is pressed by the weight of a load member, and thus it is possible to prevent the bad smells of the sewage pipe (30) from flowing backward. An elastic band (26) having a band shape is assembled to the flange member (20) to have elasticity to outwardly expand the outer flange (20b). A steel band (27) extended lengthily on the elastic band (26) is positioned on the inner surface of the tube member (10) to induce the tube member (10) to be unfolded on the bottom of the sewage pipe. A plurality of elastic pieces support and fix the inner wall surface of the sewage pipe by being bent so that a plurality of elastic members are coupled to an assembly part of the outer flange by a fastening hole.
본 발명은 하수의 흐름이 없는 경우 하수관을 폐쇄하여 하수관에서 발생하는 악취가 지상으로 역류하는 것을 방지하는 하수관 악취차단장치를 제공함에 있다.이를 위해 본 발명은 이중으로 중첩되게 조립되는 내측후렌지(20a)와 바깥쪽후렌지(20b)의 환형날개(23)와 원통형 몸체(21)에 절취되는 개구부(24)에 의해 수축/이완이 가능한 후렌지부재(20)와, 신축성 있는 페브릭직조천(11) 내,외측면에 PVC(13)와 PE(14)가 코팅되고 바깥쪽 선단부에 하중부재가 구비되는 튜브부재를 하수관 입구측에 조립하여 하수관으로 유입되는 우수에 의해 튜브부재를 일시 개방 또는 하중부재의 자중에 의해 눌리워지며 하수관(30)의 악취가 역류하는 것을 차단하는 것에 있어서, 상기 후렌지부재(20)에 띠 모양의 탄성밴드(26)를 조립하여 바깥쪽후렌지(20b)가 외향되게 벌어지려는 탄성을 보유하게 하고, 상기 탄성밴드(26)에 길게 연장되는 강철밴드(27)는 튜브부재(10)의 내측면에 위치하여 튜브부재(10)가 하수관 바닥에 펼쳐지도록 유도하고, 상기 바깥쪽후렌지의 조립부에 체결구를 매개로 하는 다수의 탄성부재가 결합되어 방사상으로 펼쳐지도록 절곡되는 탄성편들이 하수관의 내벽면을 지지 고정하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
