Provided is an automatic opening and closing apparatus of a toilet, which comprises: a frame main body installed in association with an excrement discharge hole of the toilet; a blocking door unit installed in the frame main body and allowing the excrement discharge hole to be opened and closed; and an operation scaffolding unit installed in the frame main body, opening the blocking door unit while descending when a user boards the frame main body, and closing the blocking door unit by ascending when the user leaves the frame main body.
본 발명은 화장실의 분뇨배출구와 연계되어 설치되는 프레임본체; 상기 프레임본체에 설치되고, 상기 분뇨배출구를 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 차단도어부; 및, 상기 프레임본체에 설치되고, 사용자가 프레임본체에 승강시 하강하면서 상기 차단도어부를 개방하고, 사용자가 상기 프레임본체에서 이탈시 상승하면서 상기 차단도어부를 패쇄하는 작동발판부;를 포함하는 화장실의 자동개폐장치를 제공한다.
