The present invention relates to an elastic roll sheet for flooring of a sports facility requiring elasticity such as an athletic track, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and a tennis court. More particularly, the present invention relates to an elastic roll sheet for flooring comprising: a lower sheet comprising synthetic rubber or natural rubber, charcoal, loess, diatomaceous earth and deodorant; and an upper sheet formed on the upper surface of the lower sheet and comprising synthetic rubber or natural rubber, charcoal, loess, deodorant and PVC resin.
