Trash remover with improved efficiency of removing trash
Disclosed is a trash remover installed in a pump station, a sewage treatment plant, a waterway, or a stream to filter foreign matters or impurities flowing together with water. The trash remover includes: a caterpillar track supported on a pair of frames vertically mounted at an edge of a waterway or a stream and mounted to circulate by a motor; a screen mounted not to be disturbed by the circulation of the caterpillar track to filter the impurities, and having a gap formed to allow a fluid to pass; and a plurality of rakes arranged to be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals on the caterpillar track and circulating together with the caterpillar track to collect the impurities filtered by the screen. The rakes are located at the rear of the screen so that forks formed at end portions of the rakes protrude forwardly from the screen through the gap formed in the screen. The trash remover according to the present invention can smoothly transfer the impurities collected on the screen since the end portions of the rakes protrude from the rear to the front of the screen.
본 발명 펌프장 및 하수처리장 또는 수로나 하천에 설치되어 물과 함께 떠내려 오는 이물질 또는 협잡물을 거르기 위하여 수로나 하천의 가장자리에 수직방향으로 설치된 한 쌍의 프레임에 지지되어 구동모터에 의해 순환하도록 설치된 무한궤도와; 상기 무한궤도의 순환에 간섭받지 않도록 설치되어 협잡물은 걸러지되, 유체가 통과하도록 틈새가 형성되어 있는 스크린과; 상기 무한궤도상에 일정 간격 이격되어 배치되되, 상기 스크린상에 걸린 협잡물을 수거하도록 무한궤도의 순환에 의해 함께 순환하는 복수의 레이크;로 이루어진 제진기에 있어서, 상기 레이크는 스크린의 후방에 위치하여 레이크의 끝단부에 형성된 갈퀴가 스크린에 형성된 틈새를 통해 스크린의 전방으로 돌출되는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명의 제진기는 스크린의 후방에서 전방으로 갈퀴형상의 레이크의 끝단부가 돌출되도록 형성함으로써 스크린상에 포집된 협잡물을 원활하게 이송할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
