Combination Structure of Soil Nail and Spacer for Grouting
The present invention relates to a spacer for a grouting method which injects filling material such as mortar or the like and inserting a soil nail into a perforation hole for suppressing collapse of the ground, an excavation surface, or a sloped surface when performing engineering projects. A plurality of inner fixing pins and outer fixing pins are formed in the spacer, and a hose fixing tool formed with a hose insertion hole is coupled to an outer surface of the spacer. The inner fixing pin and the outer fixing pin are bent by having a partially cut part at a side surface of the spacer such that a combination force generated between the spacer, the perforation hole, and the soil nail can be improved, and production costs of the spacer can be reduced.
본 발명은 토목공사 시행시 지반이나 굴착면 또는 사면 등의 붕괴를 억제하기 위하여 천공홀에 소일 네일을 삽입하고 몰탈 등의 충전재를 주입하는 그라우팅 공법을 위한 스페이서에 관한 것으로, 스페이서에 다수의 내측 고정핀과 외측 고정핀을 형성하고, 스페이서의 외측 표면에 호스 삽입홀이 형성된 호스 고정구를 결합하되, 내측 고정핀과 외측 고정핀은 스페이서의 측면이 일부 절개되어 구부러진 구성을 가지도록 함으로써, 스페이서와 천공홀 및 소일 네일 사이에 발생하는 결합력을 향상시키고, 스페이서의 생산비용을 절감할 수 있도록 하는 그라우팅 공법을 위한 소일 네일과 스페이서의 결합 구조에 관한 것이다.
