The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly mortar composition for repairing a concrete structure, and a concrete structure repairing method using the same and, more specifically, to a concrete structure repairing method capable of maintaining a repairing effect for a long time by improving durability and adhesive strength when a damaged part of a deteriorated concrete structure is repaired, and stably completing repairing construction in a short time such that the present invention offers excellent economic efficiency and an excellent neutralization preventing effect of concrete. In addition, the present invention minimizes influence due to an external atmosphere environment such as acid rain or the like by strengthening water tightness, and controls congelation speed and offers fast hardening by mixing a binder and a controlling agent at an optimal ratio. The present invention provides excellent physical features such as bending strength, tensile strength, and compression strength when the damaged part of the concrete structure is repaired by using a method, provides an excellent adhesion performance with the concrete structure, provides chemical resistance and waterproofing properties, provides excellent resistance for freeze-thawing and salting, improves curing speed of mortar, and increases the neutralization preventing effect and a waterproofing effect. The present invention minimizes the influence due to the external atmosphere environment such as the acid rain or the like by strengthening the water tightness, controls the congelation speed by mixing the binder and the controlling agent at an optimal ratio, and offers the fast hardening. The present invention uses a surface protecting agent having excellent adhesion with the lower mortar for repairing, and excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance, the waterproofing properties, neutralization prevention, anticorrosive properties, antimicrobial properties, antifouling properties, air permeability, weather resistance, and the like, thereby maintaining a repair effect for a long time.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 친환경 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 열화된 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 부분을 보수함에 있어 내구성과 접착 강도를 향상시켜 보수 효과를 장기간 유지하는 동시에 단시간에 보수 공사를 안정적으로 완료할 수 있어 경제성도 우수하고 콘크리트의 중성화 방지 효과도 우수하며, 특히 수밀성을 강화하여 산성비와 같은 외부 대기 환경에 의한 영향을 최소화할 수 있고, 바인더와 제어제를 최적 비율로 혼합함으로써 응결 속도를 제어하고 속경성을 발휘할 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 공법을 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 부분을 보수하면, 휨강도, 인장강도 및 압축강도 등 물리적 특성이 매우 우수하고, 콘크리트 구조물과의 부착성능이 우수하며, 내화학성 및 방수성도 우수하고, 동결융해 및 염해에 대한 내성도 우수하며, 모르타르의 양생 속도를 향상시키고 중성화 방지 효과 및 방수 효과가 증대될 수 있다. 특히, 수밀성을 강화하여 산성비와 같은 외부 대기 환경에 의한 영향을 최소화할 수 있고, 바인더와 제어제를 최적 비율로 혼합함으로써 응결 속도를 제어하고 속경성을 발휘할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 하부의 보수용 모르타르와의 접착력이 우수하고 내충격성, 내화학성, 방수성, 중성화방지, 방식성, 항균성, 방오성, 통기성, 내후성 등의 특성이 우수한 표면 보호제를 사용함으로써 보수 효과를 장기간 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
