The present invention relates to a rooftop corner waterproofing structure using a waterproof sheet and is for waterproofing a corner portion (C) between a wall (W) and a bottom (B) of a building rooftop, including a bottom waterproof sheet (10) with an edge spreading on the surface of the bottom (B) in close contact with the wall (W); a plurality of first fixing members (20) fixed to the bottom (B) through the bottom waterproof sheet (10) to temporarily fix the end of the bottom waterproof sheet (10); a corner waterproof sheet (30) for waterproofing of the corner portion (C) including an upper sheet (31) in close contact with the wall (W), a lower sheet (32) in close contact with the bottom waterproof sheet (10), an upper reinforcing panel (34) embedded in the upper sheet (31), a lower reinforcing panel (35) embedded in the lower sheet (32), a first butyl adhesion surface (36) formed on the back surface of the upper sheet (31), and a second butyl adhesion surface (37) formed on the back surface of the lower sheet (32); a second fixing member (40) fixed to the wall (W) through the upper sheet (31); a waterproof finishing tape (50) adhered to the wall (W) and performing finishing with the upper sheet (31) covered; and a finishing end (60) performing finishing between the upper end of the upper sheet (31) and the wall (W) inside the waterproof finishing tape (50).
본 발명은 방수시트를 이용한 옥상코너 방수구조에 관한 것으로서, 건물 옥상의 벽체(W)와 바닥(B) 사이의 코너부분(C)을 방수시공하기 위한 것으로서, 가장자리단이 상기 벽체(W)에 밀착되게 상기 바닥(B) 표면에 펼쳐지는 바닥방수시트(10); 바닥방수시트(10)의 단부를 임시고정하기 위하여, 바닥방수시트(10)를 관통하여 바닥(B)에 고정되는 다수의 제1고정부재(20); 코너부분(C)을 방수하기 위한 것으로서, 벽체(W)에 밀착되는 상부시트(31), 바닥방수시트(10)에 밀착되는 하부시트(32), 상부시트(31)에 내장된 상부보강패널(34), 하부시트(32)에 내장된 하부보강패널(35), 상부시트(31)의 배면에 형성된 제1부틸접착면(36) 및 상기 하부시트(32)의 배면에 형성된 제2부틸접착면(37)을 포함하는 코너방수시트(30); 상부시트(31)를 관통하여 벽체(W)에 고정된 제2고정부재(40); 상부시트(31)를 덮은 상태에서 상기 벽체(W)에 접착되어 마감처리하는 방수마감테이프(50); 및 방수마감테이프(50) 내측에서 상부시트(31)의 상단과 벽체(W) 사이를 마감하는 마감단(60);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
