Air Conditioner Outdoor Unit Stand
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit stand of a building air conditioner, in which an air conditioner outdoor unit is conveniently and safely installed outside a balcony. The outdoor unit stand includes: a fixing channel (30) mounted on an upper end of a balcony parapet (20); a turn table (40) mounted on an upper portion of the fixing channel (30) of a pivot pin (31) such that the turn table (40) freely rotates; a pair of horizontal arms (50) mounted in parallel to each other at left and right end portions of the turn table (40); a pair of arc-shaped arms (51) formed at a rear end portion of the horizontal arm (50) while extending toward a front upper portion in an arc shape; a pair of upper parallel links (60) coupled to an inner surface of an end portion of the arc-shaped arm (51) through a hinge; a pair of lower parallel links (62) hinge-coupled to an outer surface of an end portion of the horizontal arm (50); a pair of hollow shafts (63) formed on lower sides of the lower parallel links (62) while facing each other at left and right sides; an outer unit support plate (80) formed at a rear end portion thereof with a vertically bending plate (81) formed downward to support the air conditioner (21); a pair of link brackets (70) hinge-coupled to the hollow shaft (63) of the upper parallel link (60) and mounted in parallel to each other at left and right sides of the outer door unit support plate (80); a rotation banister (90) mounted on the turn table (40); fixing banisters (90) spaced apart from left and right sides of the rotation banister (90) by a predetermined distance and mounted on the upper end of the balcony parapet (20); and a slide channel (92) extending between opposite hand rails (92, 93) mounted on the rotation banister (90) and the fixing banister (22) to be maintained in a locking state or separated from one side to release locking.
본 발명은 에어컨 실외기를 발코니 바깥쪽에 편리하고 안전하게 설치할 수 있도록 한 건축용 에어컨 실외기 거치대에 관한 것으로, 발코니 패러핏(20)의 상단에 설치되는 고정채널(30); 피봇핀(31)에 의해 고정채널(30)의 상부에 수평회전이 자유롭게 설치되는 턴테이블(40); 턴테이블(40)의 좌우측 단부에 서로 평행하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 수평암(50); 수평암(50)의 후단부에서 전방상측을 향해 원호모양으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 호형암(51); 호형암(51)의 단부 내측면에 힌지 결합되는 한 쌍의 상부평행링크(60); 수평암(50)의 단부 외측면에 힌지 결합되는 한 쌍의 하부평행링크(62); 하부평행링크(62)의 하단 일측에 각각 형성되고, 좌우측에서 서로 마주보는 방향으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 중공축(63); 하측을 향해 형성되는 수직절곡판(81)이 후단부에 형성되고, 에어컨 실외기(21)를 지지하는 실외기 받침판(80); 상부평행링크(60)와 중공축(63)에 힌지 결합되고, 실외기 받침판(80)의 좌우측에 나란하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 링크브래킷(70); 턴테이블(40) 위에 설치되는 회전난간(90); 회전난간(90)의 좌우측에 거리를 두고 위치되고, 발코니 패러핏(20)의 상단에 설치되는 고정난간(22); 회전난간(90)과 고정난간(22)에 설치된 양측 핸드레일(91)(23) 사이에 걸쳐서 잠금 상태를 유지하거나 한쪽으로부터 분리되면서 잠금을 해제하는 슬라이드채널(92)을 포함한다.
Air Conditioner Outdoor Unit Stand
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit stand of a building air conditioner, in which an air conditioner outdoor unit is conveniently and safely installed outside a balcony.
