본 발명은 상수도관 밸브용 보호통에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 밸브를 설치하는 위치에서 조적을 배제하고 다양한 배관의 상황에 따라 밸브의 설치가 가능하며 작업자의 안전을 대비하고 철개로 이루어진 맨홀을 시공하기 전에 맨홀 받침대를 사용하여 보호통에 직접 가해지는 힘을 분산시겨 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 하는 상수도관 밸브용 보호통에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 양쪽으로 상수도관이 연결되는 밸브가 설치되며 본체의 상측으로 입상관이 연결되고, 중앙의 구멍 외측으로 금속 맨홀이 결합하는 바닥받침의 선단을 따라 외경 가이드턱이 더 돌출되어 금속 맨홀의 하중을 지지하는 맨홀 받침대로 이루어지며, 거치판의 상측에 위치하는 사각형의 관 연결체 양쪽으로 개구부가 형성되어 상수도관이 관통되고 개구부에 제1, 2 절단부가 더 형성되어 개구부의 크기를 조절하는 본체로 이루어지는 상수도관 밸브용 보호통에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 중앙에 위치하도록 설치한 거치판에서 관로가 설치되는 방향으로 중앙에 절단부를 사각형으로 형성하여 절단됨으로써 연결구가 위치하도록 하고, 상기 절단부의 반대편에는 개방부가 형성된 후 거치판의 선단을 따라서 개방부를 제외한 위치와 절단부의 깊이에 해당하는 위치에 연결 개방부를 두어 양쪽 선단에 돌출 가이드가 돌출되도록 하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 거치판의 테두리를 따라서 안쪽으로 한번 더 절곡되도록 걸림 테두리가 돌출되고 바닥의 전체면이 바둑판 형태를 갖도록 바닥 보강대가 돌출되어 보강되도록 형성되는 바닥 거치대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
